Room was attractive. Very clean. A strong antiseptic odor in lobby but room was very nice. It was cold overnight and there weren’t any blankets to add to the thin bedding.

Fabulous breakfast!

Chose this hotel for the location - close to the international tennis hall of fame for the Open. Perfect! Free parking, fabulous breakfast included! Would stay here again!

The room was very clean and charming. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was disappointing to not have breakfast served in the actual building in which we stayed. I don't think this was made clear in advance, only that we would be checking in at a different building. It worked out this time, but if the weather had been more inclement, I wouldn't have wanted to have to walk outside to get breakfast.

A nice "bed and breakfast" experience. The breakfast area is quaint and the scones and french toast were delicious. However, the upstairs' air conditioner unit that was directly above our entrance was constantly dripping onto us each time we entered and left our room. The patio furniture needs repairs and new cushions. These simple improvements would make guests happier.

Asked for decaf coffee at breakfast and the guy said they didn’t have any. A guest told me there was a keurig machine with decaf. The place is older but clean. They own several inns on the same block. Comfortable beds
