Dear Sir or Madam:
When the housekeeping staff came to my door mid-morning after the second night's stay, I asked them to return later, around 12:30 or 1:00 p.m. or after I departed for the day.
Upon my return late afternoon, my room had not been properly tended to. It looked like the only service the housekeeping staff performed was replacing toilet paper. I had to call down to the front desk to request new towels. Later, I discovered that the Kleenex box, which I emptied, had not been replaced.
I felt like the Housekeeping service was substandard. The staff should have made my bed, vacuumed the floor, and put away the ironing board, which I was unable to fold up and put back into the closet.
I was not pleased with my stay at the Spring Hill Marriott Suites in South Jordan, Utah. The next time I am in Utah, I will have no choice but to seek other accommodations.
