good singers
i stayed standard room 1st foor. but hot shower doesn't work. room and bathroom is old. wifi is only lobby and 2nd floor. there is free hot water,fan in lobby.but non aircon.so 11am to 3pm is hot in lobby. day times hotel's young boy and young girl staff are very kindly.they usually are singing while working.they are good singers.so u can relax in lobby.Orner is kindly also. night time staff sleep in the floor at front of desk at deep time.so u should walk silent. if u are smoker,u can smoke outside,but There are a lot of barking dogs and mosquitoes at night.attention a little. u need 3minutes walking between highway macdo and aika suite.but that road is unpaved .so if u walk ,ur shoes will full of dust. u can go 100pesos from gensan airport to center of city's hotel by summit transportation service. if u use taxi u have to pay 300pesos. almost in the center city ,u can go anywhere only 10 peso by tricycle. if u go center of davao,u should go to GSC bulaong bus terminal by tricycle. coz if u get on yellow bus terminal beside T'boli hotel,already get on 70-80% customer from GSC terminal. i had big baggage so 40peso(AIKA-GSC).hotel staff cooperate me. but if u dont have big baggage,u can go to GSC only 10 -20peso . GSC to ecoland(overland bus terminal) yellow non stop bus fare is 300pesos.and then get on taxi in ecoland,( to center of davao city. ) my recommend place is below. tiongson arcade(local sea food) public market(but stinky a little)

Very near to major malls in the city.though the access road is quite bumpy the area is ok.I like the food in tiongson very affordable.

Terrible. Not recommended
The rate is low but very disappointing. I would rather pay extra than to receive terrible service. Room is very hot. Beds are uncomfortable. Not enough space in the room. Very ironic to what's advertises. Definitely not recommending to my friends and absolutely never cominh back to this hotel ever again
