The staff were friendly but it is more run down than the pictures. Evidence of the Mumbai humidity with damp ceilings in the bathroom. The kettle looked worse for wear. Given the excellent location and the low price compared to hotels down the road I think this was a given.

Nice stay at a well located hotel
The hotel is well located in the Harbour and include a very nice rooftop restaurant-bar, which served really good food. The hotel is not easy to spot as above an other hotel more visible. Room was large, and clean, but they took 2 small beds and put them together to « make » a kingsize bed, which is obviously not a good option for a couple.

Goed hotel met prima prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel was goed beveiligd en had faciliteiten op de kamer (waterkoker, kluisje, tv, etc.). Zeer fijne tijd gehad in India dankzij dit hotel! Ik kan het zeker aanbevelen.

Although the room was a little small, for Mumbai this place was a very good value. The room and the hotel in general were clean and well maintained. The staff was generally helpful. The restaurant had both indoor and outdoor options, with a beautiful view of the harbor. But it was nice to have an indoor option too when it was raining or too hot or to eat outside. We were there in July, so the monsoon was in full effect and anything that got wet from sweat or the rain had trouble drying, but I am not sure I can fault the hotel for this. They did offer laundry service at a reasonable price. The area around the hotel was nice and the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel is just 350 meters away. We enjoyed a meal there. There are not many vegan restaurant options within walking distance though. We visited other neighborhoods for excellent vegan food. We appreciated that taxis were metered in Mumbai and most drivers did not try to rip you off. In general, the Colaba area nearby the hotel has interesting architecture and other adjacent areas have many historic buildings. We would stay at Hotel Harbour View again.

Every thing breakfast was poor asked reception to book uber they said they had but when ready to leave they had not asked for a big car they got small car it was not clean smelt of curry i am over 6ft tall and it was very uncomfortable i will not recommend this hotel to anyone

It is the second time we have stayed at the Hotel Harbour View. We have loved it the both times; However i do feel that having a room with the harbour view helps enormously. Waking up to the view is amazing. The staff are very helpful. I will be staying there again.
