Cute well equipped room with a few issues…. A lovely big comfy bed, with good quality linen was let down by flat hard pillows. Grubby around the edges - unable to have window open as window arm broken, rug under bed very dirty. Lovely big white fluffy towels. Bathroom itself was also in need of a deep clean around the edges and the overhead shower needs fixing as the water flow was poor. Breakfast was good quality.

Room was well equipped and breakfast excellent. Downsides were loose toilet seat, very hard and uncomfortable bed and poor quality curtains which should be black out curtains so that you are not kept awake by the pub lights until nearly midnight. Even after midnight the curtains are so thin that the room is too bright to sleep in.

The rooms are on the far side of the beer garden opposite the pub/restaurant. The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff were excellent. There is a bit of road noise but not too much. I would stay here again

2nd time staying overnight. staff lovely and food (only had breakfast) was very goood. Room is attractive and well furnished with many amenities such as coffee machine and fridge, however this time a few items in the husbandry department let it down. The shower handle had been dismantled and left on the side in the bedroom, underneath the bed was thick in months of dust and the hand held shower head was disgustingly filthy. Showed the cleaner who was attending the room next door who acknowledged the issues but didn't once apologise. The bar staff on check out were visibly shocked at the photos, particularly the shower head and the young lady (duty manageress?) was very apologetic and insisted on confirming my e mail address so that " they could make it right for us". Almost a week ago and still haven't heard from the pub! Sadly unable to put pictures on this review. Generally lovely pub and lovely rooms but these points let it down this time.
