They demand a deposit but fail to pay it back on time, then u finally get it after 3 weeks.
They will treat you like a fool telling you their refunds are done overseas of which they don't tell on the check in that you have to call them everyday to fight for your money.

I was abit disappointed because I sent an email 2 days before check in arranging a time to meet at reception and requested a cot,I got to the place and no one was there the lady then had to arrange for someone to meet me there ASAP which I was grateful for,the lady was very nice and I requested and cot and none had informed the people about the email I had sent!the lady that checked me in was pretty cool nice and apologetic which she should’ve have been for someone else not letting g her know he details
