Staff was extremely friendly. Hotel is nice and clean. Restaurant has a great menu, with many options for traditional dishes. There is a laundry room available free of charge. All of this for a great price.

Best hotel we stayed during our multi-city trip. The room is very big and clean with a modern touch. The hotel offers free afternoon tea (great quality) and good night soup. Breakfast choices are ample and my kids really enjoyed it. Location of the hotel is great! Right in the middle of the city within walking distance to a main subway station and the attraction (the drum tower and bell tower of Xi'An). Would recommend.

Hotel is in a walkable location to attractions, shopping and restaurants. The Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. I had a very comfortable 7 nights' stay here. Courteous staff and walking distance to great food. I liked the open layout of the toilet, which still provided enough privacy. There are 2 washers and 1 dryer which you can use for free, although my clothes were able to hang dry overnight in the room.
