酒店在名店街樓上，步行4分鐘便到西班牙樓梯，步行10分鐘便到萬神殿和許願池，地點非常好，酒店新淨空間大，距離羅馬中央地鐵站都只是四個站。房東英語一般但態度非常友善，只有一個缺點就是電梯只能容納兩個人，酒店位置不難找，就是在名店街Guess旁邊的1幢私人住宅內。

I like the location, perfect stay in the area, and walkable distant to restaurants, Spanish steps, luxury brand stores, grocery etc. it is right next to a five star hotel but you pay much cheaper. A minor thing about the stay, manager not allowing us to turn on heaters. Bathroom was smell on day 1 but they quickly addressed the issue when I reached out to staffs. Overall, I recommend to stay at this place.

Would stay again.
Nice location, comfy bed, clean and in a great location. A little tricky finding the exact spot but I made it. Checkin was easy. It was overall a very nice stay.

The property is in a great location. High end shopping and restaurants everywhere. Walked to the Vatican Museum about 35 minutes. Even walked to the Colosseum and Forums. The rooms looked recently remodeled. Great water pressure and the water was nice and hot. Room was larger than expected. Definitely would stay there again!!

Loved our stay. The room was lovely, the bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. Just know it is located on the 4th floor. ( they do have a lift) The expresso in the morning was a fabulous touch! Thank you for your hospitality 💖

Celebrating my fiancé’s 30th birthday, the hotel manager went above and beyond to make our trip special with flowers and champagne in our room on arrival. Always quick to reply to messages online too. The hotel was a great mix of Italian culture and modern convenience.

Loved this property! Very close to the Spanish steps , and so much shopping in the area. The hotel is right in front of a beautiful church, so we had a great view from our room. The front desk was wonderful and was a very easy check in. They even have a lounge area where they had water that we can bring back to our room at all times which was a big plus. Thank you.

Ett helt fantastiskt Guest House med underbart trevlig personal. Ligger nära till det mesta och samtidigt ett lugnt område. Bra service från personal och tillgång till fritt kaffe och ett stort sällskapsrum. Nästa gång vi kommer till Rom ska vi åter bo här!

Abbiamo soggiornato tre giorni e ci siamo trovati molto bene, il personale gentilissimo e disponibile, la camera pulita e letto comodo. Ci e' stata data la possibilita' di lasciare le valigie sia prima del check in che dopo il check out. A disposizione acqua e caffe' nella saletta adibita. La posizione poi non poteva essere migliore! Torneremo sicuramente.

I loved the guest room we stayed in. It was very relaxing and the wood ceiling was neat. They had a nice coffee and tea area that we enjoyed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable I meant to look to see what type of mattress it was but I forgot. When I go back to Rome I will definitely check to see if they have availability. Thanks for a lovely stay. 😃💕
