For that rate, I considered my stay was not worth the money. Other than the food was not up to the expectation, the room smells terrible. I booked 2 deluxe room, n use my citibank credit card for deposit. But while making the payment, i use my cimb cc. I noticed my citibank is still pending for merchant for 2k.. n citibank asked me to call sand n sandals to release the pending deposit. When ai called them, they said it will take 7 working days for them to release the booking deposit. Wth??? When i asked to talk to the manager they said no higher management is around during this time of the month. Really??? I can assure u, it would be my first and last stay and Sand n sandals. Never again.
