服务人员非常热情，房间也很好。但没有电梯这一点，对带旅行箱的旅行者来说非常糟糕，虽然入住时服务人员会帮忙将行李搬上去，退房时会比较麻烦，辛苦一天游览城市回到酒店，还需要爬楼梯回到房间，确实有点累。酒店位置比较不方便去任何地方，致使我们这次里斯本住宿体验不够好。

Great hotel with really friendly staff
I had a night here with a friend who lives about an hour north of Lisbon before flying back to the UK. The staff were really friendly and contacted me before our stay, giving us recommendations on local restaurants. We were able to drop our bags in when we arrived and head out exploring. When we came back to check in, the bags had been taken up to our room which was a nice touch. Breakfast was included and had plenty choice - perfect for a travel day. There’s a great bookshop across the road and a big choice of bars and restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Very good indeed!
Me and my wife stayed three nigths in late december and had a wondelful stay. The hotel arranged transfer sercvice from the air port, which worked perfect. Friendly and very helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Good cleaning. We can really recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom was a great size, but the room was quite warm and no way to control the temp. Area seemed very safe. There are a few restaurants and mini markets in the area. You are not allowed any outside food or drinks in your room, which we thought was odd. On description this hotel came up in historic old town and it was quite a walk to the old town. There is a trolley stop right outside the hotel. They offer car service to and from airport for a fee. Great stay overall! Lisbon was fantastic!

Excelente alojamiento
Bonito establecimiento, instalaciones bien conservadas y con estilo. Habitación cómoda, amplia y cama confortable. El personal genial, muy amable y atento. El bufet del desayuno no muy extenso pero suficiente. La única pega el ruido en la calle, a primera hora del día, por las obras contiguas y la descarga de mercancías del supermercado próximo. Solventando éste detalle un alojamiento perfecto.

Vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel. De kamer was netjes, maar hier en daar wat reparatie nodig aan de muur en badkamer (verf/behang wat er af was gebladderd). Ontbijt was goed verzorgd, omgeving van het hotel is top.

Everything was amazing! ALL of the staff who worked here were just wonderful - so kind and helpful and welcoming, they couldn't do enough for us. We felt welcomed, we felt safe, and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is the perfect location, breakfast was 10/10 and we absolutely loved our room. Literally nothing to find fault with at all. I just wish we could have stayed for longer!

Hotel is in an okay but not great part of Lisbon. Rooms are large but not well appointed. A/C was turned off for “winter” but our room was hot and opening windows did not help as there is no breeze off the courtyard and no fan in the room. No USB chargers in the room is not good. Shower valve is bizarre and alternatively blasts you with hot and cold water without warning. I would rate this a 3 star hotel pretending to be more.

The staff were very friendly. We arrived early to the hotel and check in starts at 3pm. The receptionist I forgot her name :( but she speaks 3 languages and 1 of them is French. Anyway she made sure our room was priority to be cleaned so that it would be ready for us. Thank you for that.

What a lovely hotel, tucked a little off the beaten track but still within a short walk of the main square. There are bus stops nearby and the special tram service stops right outside the hotel. Our flight had been cancelled and we arrived after hours but there were good instructions of how to get in and find our room. The room was huge, clean and really comfy. The toiletries are worth a mention as they are Rituals and just so nice. The desk staff were so warm, friendly and full of good advice. They deserve top marks. The decor throughout the hotel was really nice. Breakfast was delicious and a but different every day. I would love to go back again.

From the moment we walked into this boutique hotel, we were both impressed. Tessa, the person who welcomed us was very friendly, accommodating and made the check-in process easy. In fact, Tessa was outstanding throughout our entire stay, providing excellent suggestions, tips and recommendations that made getting around the city easy and directed us to a wonderful culinary experience in Lisbon. All the staff were pleasant and we would recommend the breakfast. There is also a supermarket next door that is very convenient and many restaurants within minutes of the front door. highly recommend this hotel and look forward to our return.
