Loved it!
Loved this place! Super clean, quiet and cozy. Mattresses were soft and comfortable. Shower is awesome, great pressure rain shower and hot water. Staff are nice and welcoming. Breakfast is great 😊 Would definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend!

Perfect before/after Torres del Paine
Excellent stay! We were able to leave bags between our multi-day trip to Torres del Paine and they were safe & waiting in our new room on return. Very friendly and helpful staff, warm and clean rooms, great location. Highly recommend.

Pre W trek stay
The most perfect place to stay for your time in puerto Natales. Walkable from the bus depo and easy walking into town. Check in was easy the staff was great and the breakfast was good. Do not throw out the piece of paper they give you at immigration you need it to check in.

Great stay
Perfect place to stay while visiting Torres Del Paine. The owner is nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and cute. Breakfast is just what you need and they make you a box breakfast if you need to leave before 7 am. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended
We stayed here the night before and after the W hike. We loved it! The owner is very welcoming and gave us good recommendations. I lost a shoe, that turned out to be on the shuttle bus from the airport, but the owner checked everywhere and even went back to look at the security camera to help me figure out where my shoe was. The room was clean and had all we needed. Breakfast was good. We will definitely stay again here.

De eigenaars zijn fantastisch behulpzaam. De kamer is zeer proper en gezellig. Goede douche en goed bed. Lekker ontbijt. We kregen een verzorgd ontbijtpakket mee wanneer we vroeger dan het ontbijt moesten vertrekken. Absolute aanrader!

It is not a luxry hotel, but it is clean and warm, with all you need. It is 600 meters to bus terminal.The owner is very nice, if the owner did not knocked on my door, I would missed my bus as my phone still show summer time (an hr behind.).

Spectacular!
Perfect hospitality- this hostel is run like a dream! Everything is designed for trekkers coming and going to Torres del Paine. Spotlessly clean room, loads of hot water, early breakfast box provided for those going to the park on the early bus. You can leave stuff there for free while you are trekking if you are going back there afterwards. There are loads of hostels in Natales but I can’t fault this one. Fabulous relaxed breakfast on the day of departure post W trek. Excellent!

You will have to pay in cash (usd or clp) to have the prices advertised here on Hotels.com If you pay by credit card they add the 19% tax. Walls are paper thin so you can head everything around you. Doors, showers, toilet, and much more 😣😣 The breakfast was very simple and we was still hungry afterwards Good location the central Puerto Natales.
