The room was very nice and clean and the area was fun and walkable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful and the bar had a nice selection of drinks. The Uber, Lyft and Cab situation in Boston is dismal but the kind staff members helped me get a cab at 4:30 am so I could make my flight.

Liked the hotel. Only downside was the parking. Had to park across the street for the first night and then the parking at the hotel was bad. Spaces small and hard to get in and out of. Our room faced the highway so it was a bit noisy. I would suggest asking for a room away from that side of the hotel. Plus is there is a Whole Foods on the other side of the parking lot

I enjoyed my stay in AC. Very clean and quiet. Not much of a view, but the rooms are perfect for a good night rest.

We had a good stay. The front desk people were really great. The traffic noise was a little bit of a bummer but the white noise maker really helped. I liked that it was easy to walk to restaurants, stores and downtown.

When we arrived around 3:15pm for check-in that started at 3:00pm we were told that our room was not ready yet. We were given the option to leave our bags with the front desk and grab lunch. We had a vehicle and not much luggage so didn't mind leaving our bags in the car, figuring out parking, and getting lunch. The front desk staff were kind, they explained how to get in and out of the parking lot across the building, and so we set off for lunch. One hour later we came back and the room was still not ready. The front desk told us that they have to wait 24 hours before going into the room to clean after the previous guest leaves, but cleaning should only take 30 minutes. It wasn't until 5:00 pm that our room was ready due to a late check out and being the only suit room left available. Since there are only a few suite rooms, it would have been helpful if someone called to notify us that the earliest we could check in was actually 5:00pm. I understand covid policies, staffing shortages etc, but the frustration could have been avoided if we knew in advance of the check in time.
