There were 8 of us total; 4 couples and we had the best time. Panos, the manager was fantastic. We had a delicious breakfast every morning looking out at the sea. It was a delight to stay there. There are a lot of steps down to your rooms so if steps are an issue this is not the place for you, but neither is Santorini to be honest. Would stay here again and again! Location was perfect for our group- in the middle of everything.

We stayed for four nights and have nothing but positive things to stay. The view is the main attraction, but the staff was friendly and the rooms were in good condition and cleaned daily. They roped off the entrance so that non hotel guests couldn’t come down the stairs, so we had no issues with privacy. Upon arrival, they sent someone down to assist with our bags which was beyond appreciated since you have to walk up steps. Note that this is located off the cliff, so the stairs are steep very doable and again…. the view!!! We did have a small issue with our toilet running one night, but the property manager came down within minutes to remedy it. He was attentive and helpful our entire stay, and even remembered my name! We would recommend staying here and return ourselves if we ever get the chance!

Beautiful view in a great location and soaking tubs cool. Very friendly owners/staff Fyi there are a lot of stairs involved and a little rustic by US standards but would stay again.

I can't say enough. Panagiotis made our stay amazing! From having our breakfast orders, to hiring a car for us to pick up at the airport. He met us at the car and even carried our luggage and lead us to the hotel by foot!! All the staff...from the chef at the restaurant, to the gentleman cleaning our pools, to the maids cleaning our rooms were all delightful!! Santorini is a lovely island that was hit hard with recent earthquakes. Please see the beauty that surrounds you and enjoy your vacation! The way you treat people will come back to you 10 fold!! Very friendly hotel with a great price on the Caldera.

Kratiris View Luxury Hotel has the most incredible view in Santorini. The hotel was extremely clean, and the family and staff were amazing. We enjoyed going to their restaurant for breakfast, appetizers and drinks. The only downsize (to Santorini in general) is the very hilly walkways. It can be quite dangerous for older people. The hotel is built on the edge of the Caldera and you must go down many steps to get to and from your room each time. A bit treacherous for many people. The hotel should make travelers aware that if they are handicapped in any way, this hotel (and the town of Fira) is not a good choice for them. Overall, it was a splendid stay. Santorini is a gorgeous, magical place.

The property was great. The staff very helpful. They arranged transfer from the port and Met us at main road to carry luggage to the hotel. There are a number of stairs but it is Santorini and the stairs are everywhere. Breakfast was great. The views are spectacular.

Pros: the rooms have a beautiful view and the manager was very friendly. Cons: the rooms are very tiny for two people, breakfast is very late (starts at 9:30 am), there’s no coffee in the room, there are a lot of lights that you cannot turn off, so it can make sleeping difficult at night, and the toilet sometimes takes multiple flushes. I might also mention that the big glass windows with the beautiful view have a downside: it’s pure sun in the afternoon so it can be pretty intense in the patio and tends to heat the room up quite a bit even though there is an air conditioner.

Awesome room with fantastic view of the Caldera. Relaxing and quiet. Nice, helpful manager. Only downside was I had an early flight and had go lug my luggage up several winding paths and steps to reach the Taxi stand. My advice is to arrive and leave during business hours and the manager should help with your luggage.

If we hasn’t been fortunate to find an English speaking person with a phone we wouldn’t have found the hotel on our own! The hotel sent someone to meet us and help us with our luggage ands dunes our way!! Hotel was very nice, good breakfasts! Lovely staff!!

Difficult to find anyone from reception. View is unbelievable and everything you need is close by. You do have to carry your suitcase a but uphill on cobblestone but it was worth it

WARNING: This place does not look like the pictures! We booked a private balcony with hot tub, and upon arrival we were shocked to find we were sharing a balcony with another couple and our hot tubs were right next to each other and had a little bit of cold water in them, with dirt in the bottom!!! The couple in the connecting room were just as upset as we were to find the advertisement was false and that you do not in fact have any private balcony or working hot tub. The manager is never there, and when we tried to ask the receptionist (his mother) for help, we got the run around for hours trying to get the hot tubs cleaned and filled with water. The rooms were dirty and the couple next to us said they had mold in their bathroom. We all took pictures because we were shocked. My partner and I checked out after three hours and asked for our room to be cancelled and refunded, which the manager on the phone said they would do. We went next door to different hotel to stay, and I kept returning to follow up with the manager about the refund but he was never there. I’ve tried for weeks to get ahold of him and he doesn’t respond, so now we are out hundreds of dollars due to false advertising. DO NOT BOOK HERE unless you want to be disappointed. I wish I could post the pictures here so people knew what they were actually booking.

This hotel has the most amazing view, it's totally worth it. The owner gave us a warm welcome and the staff from the restaurant were kind. The food was fine and the view was spectacular. Stunning Views

Overall we had a pleasant stay here. The room was comfortable and clean. The views were amazing. The hotel manager who I spoke to via email was incredibly helpful in several occasions and went out of their way to help us. I would have rated our stay higher if: 1. Breakfasts were a bit more varied. The toast and jam were tasty. Then you were offered either a plain omelette or a plate of fruit and yogurt. I think having some cheese or cold meats available would have been nice. Even some tomatoes to go with the omelette. 2. The hot tub was very temperamental and kept tripping the switch. We were shown how to turn it back on again but in the end we gave up as it kept doing it. We just made the most of sitting in the warm water without the bubbles. 3. Some areas need some TLC/repair 4. The cleaner cupboard should be elsewhere and not right next to a bedroom so the cleaners don’t have to keep walking past relaxing guests on their section of the balcony, None of these things spoilt out stay, we had a lovely time and everyone was very friendly.
