My personal experience was mixed. I got the two bedroom suite which was not stated on the app that it was the penthouse suite. The app told me the hold for incidentals was going to be a 250, but when I arrived at the location unaware that I had the penthouse, required a THOUSAND DOLLAR incidental charge which luckily i had it at the moment because it would have definitely ruined my plans if had not have that in my account. The worse part about my experience is trying to get to my room. There was only one elevator that went up to the penthouse level out of four and there was no way to call that elavator down specifically. I was stuck in the lobby waiting for 20 minutes at one point because i couldn't get that elevator to come and the front desk was no help. What kind of penthouse experience is that. When finally getting to the room it was nice but very plain. No art or anything. We even had a huge balcony but no funiture to enjoy it. Such a waste. Whats really sad is we had a 2 night stay and house keeping did not come once. For my first unintentional penthouse experience, i believe it was not the best experience i could of had. Beautiful but not worth the trouble.

Nous sommes plus que ravis de notre séjour ! La chambre était immense, avec deux chambres et des lits très confortables. Chambre très lumineuse, propre et bien équipée. L'emplacement de l'hôtel était parfait pour visiter la ville. Le petit déjeuner était varié chaque matin et excellent ! Je recommande les yeux fermés !

The air conditioner did not work, and the room stayed above 78 degrees the entire stay. Maintenance came twice and after the second time, it only got cool for 40 minutes. The breakfast was not hot and coffee was nasty.

On the website i was unaware of the $250 dollar deposit,on the phone i was told $100. The staff is nice but a little unprofessional in a way. The hotel itself was nice. There is a parking garage next to hotel. $20 for 24hrs

Room was clean and very spacious, staff was friendly, breakfast has good variety. The rooftop area was quite nice. The location was a 15 min walk from the French Quarter. There were no ice machines for guest use but the front desk gave us ice. The showers did not have doors so the bathroom floor got wet, and the towels, although clean, did not feel or smell fresh.

This hotel will scam you if you valet park there. I paid to valet and immediately began receiving parking notices saying I owed money. By the time I left my charges were almost 100 dollars. I called the hotel twice to have them fix this and they only put you on hold, say they have nothing to do with it, and finally transfer you to a number that doesn’t exist. You have to call the actual parking company and prove that you paid the hotel to have the charges removed. Another part of the scam… they didn’t even register my valet ticket so when I tried to retrieve my car, it said there was no car, no reservation. Had to spend 40 minutes for a valet person to show up and dig through all of the keys so I could ry to match it and get my car.
