It’s all about dogs there. Love how the Japanese love their furkids. Hygiene measures, dog runs, dog onsen with humans, dogs can access everywhere in this hotel, even the restaurants.

Very friendly staff. Convenient in its location with a good price. One point though - I arrived without a dog... It let's for us since after all as much as it is clean it's still a place with dog standatds cleanliness... Also, I haven't reserved food and there are no restraints around the existing shop has very limited non-dog food. But I liked the place 🙂 it was cute and as I mentioned the staff were very nice and helpful.

If you want to eat something you have to drive half an hour to Takayama or buy their dinner expensively. They charge the maximum price for the spa, 500 yen per person per day even if it is not used. Other hotels do not charge this "tax" if you do not use it.

2年前に宿泊させてもらった時より、夕食が季節感を感じることがあり、飛騨地域の特性が良く出ており、美味しく頂く事が出来ました。また、新しくできたドックランでも、沢山走ることが出来て、愛犬も満足したと思います。

小さい子供2人と大人２人で初めてご利用させてもらって、ペットに対してもすごく良い場所だなって思いました！子供がまだ小さいので、大きくなってきたらまた利用したいと思いました！上高地からも近く、自然が豊かで空気が綺麗だったし、温泉も個別で入浴できるので、家族とゆっくり入れてよかったです。夕食にすごく時間がかかったが、それ以外はすごく満足しました！

他のわんわんパラダイスは泊まった事があり、ここは初めて泊まりました。スタッフも感じ良く、周りには川が有り、ワンチャンにとっても最高です。また宿泊客も感じ良くて、最高でした。

施設自体は古いですが綺麗に整理整頓されててそこはいいのですが、やっぱり、ワンちゃんがたくさん滞在する施設だからか、糞尿の匂いがとても気になりました。部屋でも匂いはずっとしてて気になったので窓を開け放して過ごしました。玄関にも大きなフンが落ちていてハエがたくさん飛んでいて、とても不愉快でした。置いて行く飼い主のモラルが1番の問題ですが、従業員さんもこまめにチェックしてほしかったです。エントランスが不潔なのはいかがなものかと思います。
