我因為飛機誤點到達酒店差不多半夜,下了出租才發現酒店大門已經關了,打電話按門鈴完全沒人應答,然後我找旁邊餐廳人員求助,他們說客人進不去多事情經常發生,我就這樣一個人半夜在門外等了1個小時,後來另一對美國夫婦住客回來把門開了,讓我進去大堂,還幫我打電話給他們經理,居然他們經理一次又一次直接掛電話,還說現在幾點了不要打給我,最後差點要報警,他們才肯告訴我房卡在大堂裡面叫我自己去拿。我回到房間已經半夜2點多。到我退房的時候,他們以我晚了2小時退房為理由硬要我多付130歐羅作為2小時的賠償。大家試想一下如果半夜酒店有什麼事情發生,他們一個工作人員都沒有,住客的安全誰來保障。有什麼急事要求助怎麼辦? My flight was delay and I arrived hotel around midnight , the hotel door was locked and I rang the bell no one answered at all, so I was outside the hotel and called the hotel phone number ,of course no one answer again I am looking for help from the restaurant next door, they said that actually happened may times before. I waited alone on the street for more then one hour, then a American couple come back to hotel, they are the hotel guess as well, they let me in their lobby and helped me to call their manager, the manager keep hanging up the phone ,finally we almost call the police then he told us actually my key was in the lobby ask me to get by myself,by that time is already 2am in the morning. That’s not even the end of the story, when I checked out I was 2 hours late of their official check out time ,they ask me to pay 130 euro extra. Try to imagine if anything happen in the hotel there’s no one in there ,what we can do for not get any help , it’s not the service issue actually it’s safety issue for the guess who stay in this hotel .
