Andrea was amazing to work with - very responsive and timely with replies to check-in and any questions we had prior to arrival. Our room met our needs and while the bathroom was on the older side, everything worked properly for our visit. AC was great - I know that can sometimes be spotty in Rome. Fair warning for large luggage, while there is an elevator, there are still stairs involved with this property - just something to be aware of in advance. Overall, did the job for our stay! Was cleaned at the time we were supposed to check-in and they held our bags prior since we arrived early. Would recommend if you need a spot on that side of the city!

Fica em um prédio bem clássico! Local bom, com metrô perto. Próximo à Termini (fomos apé). Não pegamos café da manhã, tem uma padaria a uma quadra. Ele fornece café solúvel de cortesia e chás. Chuveiro demora um pouco mas esquenta bem! Cama boa. Ar quente e frio. Super simpático. E tem uma lista de indicações aonde comer. Não deixe de ir no restaurante próximo (150m) Vicchia Roma - carborana trufado dos deuses! Fomos dois dias

A localização é muito boa, fica ao lado do metro, o que é muito favorável para locomoção. Tem muitos restaurantes e lanchonetes próximos. Porém, o banheiro tem um cheio muito muito ruim. O cheiro sobe pela pia quando escovamos os dentes! O quarto tem um mezanino e não tinha escada para acessar, o que me deixou desconfortável sem saber o que tinha lá em cima. A estrutura do hotel é bem antiga, você consegue ouvir o barulho da rua e das pessoas quando chegam nos apartamentos dos lados. Eu não me hospedaria novamente!

Excellente location pour découvrir Rome. Belle chambre avec petit balcon. Cependant, les deux points faibles de l’hébergement est 1) odeur d’humidité dans la chambre de bain et 2) les autres visiteurs qui arrivent tard la nuit et dont l’insonorisation du building est faible. Heureusement pour le point 2, il n’y a que 6 chambres donc peut de va et vient.

The staff was so kind and flexible in letting us drop off our luggage in the morning when our train arrived, providing local recommendations and how to navigate public transport to the Vatican and troubleshooting when I couldn’t work the AC. People mentioned a musty odor from the bathroom, which we noticed, but we just shut the bathroom door and ran the fan. We had a balcony overlooking the park which was lovely. The suites aren’t close to the major sites, which we knew going in, so you’ll need to account for increased travel time but there are a lot of really good places to eat in this area. Just be aware of your surroundings as night falls.

Before the visit the staff was very good about sending information about how to access the building. However when we arrived at the time we agreed on, no one was there to give us our keys. We waited quite a long time in the hallway wondering what to do. Once we had the keys, things got better. Our room was quite spacious with a small balcony. The refrigerator didn’t seem to work but we did have a coffeemaker. The bathroom was very small and the shower had no place to put toiletries. Air conditioning worked very well. There is an elevator but there are still some stairs to reach the rooms. Overall the room was comfortable but a bit of a walk to most historic sights.
