The Biru’s

We enjoyed our stay at the Royalton. Our concierge Keisy was amazing. She helped plan and book all our dinner rsvp for group of 15ppl. She made sure my stay was up to par. If there was anything I needed she made sure it was taken care of. We also enjoyed all restaurants especially Zen and Hunters Steakhouse. My family if 15 had an amazing time at Royalton Bavaro and would highly recommend to anyone.

O resort oferece uma estrutura completa, com acomodações confortáveis, áreas de lazer bem cuidadas e um atendimento que, na maioria dos momentos, foi muito atencioso. O ponto negativo fica para o restaurante Rio. A proposta de rodízio nos chamou atenção, mas infelizmente a execução deixou a desejar. Pouquíssimas carnes passaram durante o serviço, e o atendimento foi desorganizado e distante, o que acabou frustrando nossa expectativa. No restante, tudo funcionou muito bem. Restaurantes variados, opções de entretenimento para todas as idades e um ambiente muito agradável. Com certeza voltaríamos ao Royalton Bávaro e recomendamos — com a ressalva de revisar a experiência no restaurante Rio. O Concierge que estava ajudando uns amigos foi muito útil nas reservas de restaurante, pois conseguir vaga nos restaurantes utilizando o app do hotel é impossível

DO NOT STAY HERE

I have been to Punta Cana numerous times. This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed at. The same food everyday, they only serve cheap liquor and if you want high end they want to sell you a bottle. They have a lazy river with no floats and want to sell you or rent you floats. Everything in this hotel has an additional cost supposed to be all inclusive. Diamond Club don't bother met many Diamond club members who rated the experience a 1 to be nice. Check in for non club members is 40 minutes or more. We were celebrating 39 year anniversary no special treatment what so ever. The only plus on this trip housekeeping, entertainment. The beach was full of seaweed and never cleaned or tried to be clean. The General Manager should be fired. The employees can only do as much as they can.

Excelente hospedagens, o quarto tinha dois tipos de ferro, o que foi muito bom para nós, pois tínhamos um casamento no hotel e roupas chegaram amassadas. Comida deliciosa, com muitas opções. Só achei que deveria ter uma piscina aquecida.

Bien día el checkin in es una operación pésima más de una hora haciendo una fila , ya eran más de las 3 de la tarde y la habitación no estaba lista teníamos 4 habitaciones reservadas , los restaurantes 9 es una mentira no funcionan todos , solo funciona uno en cada horario las reservas que son a través de una aplicación no hay disponibilidad , luego d for a buscar nos asignaron una reservas, yo iba de cumpleaños se Lo dije a varias personas todos ohh si señores haremos algo especial pero nadie hace nada , conocí el royalton Cancún la atención es mucho Mejor

Our check in experience was horrendous! Waited 40 minutes to check in and there was only 3 parties ahead of us. We were told to come back at 3pm(fair enough). We went back at 3pm and told to come back at 4:10. Went back and told our room was ready. Went to the room opened to door to a king room with a crib…we were confirmed by the front desk it was 2 doubles and a pull out (we are 3 adults). Went back to the desk and was told there was nothing else available. Not acceptable so we asked for the Manger, he tinkered on the computer for another 30 minutes with not help. Then I messaged Adoni at concierge who came out and found us a room and went to check it was the correct room. We finally got into our room around 6pm. What was our room like? Run down- bathroom door didn’t close. Bed runner stained and ripped, floor dirty. We had to call for towels and robes- which came with gross blood type stains.Food and service-The sports bar we waited 45 minutes to be served and it wasn’t busy. The buffet-staff look like they don’t want to be there, the food is luke warm at best. The a la carts- are the same. We went to the steakhouse and seafood restaurants. Concierge at the blocks are just sales vultures - prestige club club.We were told they’d join us for breakfast, but when we went we were told there was a 90 min tour. We said weren't interested, the Manager told us to ‘get out’.The grounds & pools are nice. We are frequent travellers. I was told if I plan to leave a bad review-don’t.

Our 4 nights stay for a second year in a row to this beautiful hotel was overall great. We need to highlight the best service from the staff which made our stay enjoyable. From Adonis at Guest Service, the restaurants crew, Yafreisy, Maximo, Emmanuel (chef) Carina over in building 14 guest services, can't remember everyone's name but everybody always with a smile ready to assist.
