Third room is a charm!
I had to change rooms 2 times. The first room they gave me the heater was stuck on high and it was 90 degrees. The second room they gave me the door lock batteries went dead and it took them an hour to get me back into my room only to find out the door lock still was malfunctioning even though new batteries were installed. On to the third room which was fine but it was a 2 hour ordeal just to get me a room that was acceptable. The staff was as helpful as they could be and I told them I was not a happy customer. The staff told me to talk to the manager in the morning who told me that 25% off the next stay is what she could offer. She told me that she would email me the 25% off but I never received it.
