Bad hotel, I do not recommend it
Bad hotel is evidence of unsuccessful management. Employees who are unable to treat each other well need support at work. This is not criticism, but advice for the coming days. Advice: If you have a conference, the hotel should be closed to the rest of the customers because the employees were completely lost and bad. As a result, it is a bad hotel. I stayed there twice only because it is close to a social place and not because it is a good hotel. I wrote previously on the same notes. They only called you from customer service. An employee named Shahd apologizes. She only wants to withdraw your complaint or tell her management that the problem has been solved for her benefit. She thinks that you did a good job. When you contact the same employee, you do not find any response. This is a method that does not apply to those who deserve the job. The other thing in all hotels in the world is that you leave at 12 noon. They call you at 11 to leave. A person named Al-Waleed from customer service is as if he is telling you to get out now, knowing that I am a guest with my own money and not an invitation. I paid $600 for one night. I do not recommend this hotel.
