This is a jewel of a hotel/B&B. The owners are extremely welcoming and very helpful with information about visiting Antwerp. They converted a multi-story dwelling into 5 rooms with a large breakfast area, with great care and attention to detail. A very unique and comfortable stay!

This is an exceptional property for the price. The innkeepers were so friendly. Do be aware that there are quite a few stairs and no elevator. I look forward to staying again!

This booking was a success on all accounts. The rooms are spacious, modern, clean and airy. Oh and the shower. Wow. Worth booking here just to take a shower! We had 2 rooms on the 2nd floor (there are 5 rooms in total) and they were both beautiful. Of course you have to be up for going up and down 2 flights of stairs with luggage, but it is so worth the light exercise. Yves was wonderful, greeted us upon arrival, provided info on the city and even made the transaction to pay for our parking (we paid him cash after). He's a great host and made us feel very comfortable. Our stay couldn't have been better. We would gladly stay there again. Highly recommend, book now!!

Echte aanrader. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren, zeer gastvrij, alles goed schoongemaakt, mooie nette kamers, was een top macht. Ideale locatie, op loopafstand van het centrum en het openbaar vervoer. Let wel op, overal is betaald parkeren, ook voor de deur. Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug en raden het iedereen aan.

Very nice hotel! Great service

Excellent service. We got upgraded to the honeymoon suite when we arrived. Owner was very helpful with the recommendations for the sightseeings. He was very attentive. The room was very modern and clean. We really liked it. The breakfast was awesome. The best breakfast from our two weeks Europe trip. The only opportunity is that there is no elevator and you need to use the stairs and we were at the top floor. There is a bus terminal very close.

Interesting guesthouse concept.

Lovely rooms close to centre of town. Yves was there to meet us with a smile and a friendly welcome even though we set all the door bells ringing furiously. The room was lovely - super comfy king bed and amazing shower. But you need to totally comfortable with your partner's bathroom habits as there is little privacy afforded. Only niggle was that the TV only had 2 local channels available.

Weekend in Antwerp

The hotel itself is great. The service was individualized and consistent. My only concern would be the surrounding area. There is not a lot around the hotel itself. It’s about a 10 min walk to Antwerp Centraal. The hotel does have AC.

Very nice hotel

Rooms were large and modern and the bed was nice and comfy. There's complementary water bottles. There was no fridge (so had to leave the fruit we'd bought out overnight). The rain shower was great and also had massage jets. There's a towel warmer which was a really nice touch. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to the train station and about a 25-30 minutes walk to most of the downtown attractions. There is no front desk per se. But the owner is really nice and will pickup the phone right away when you call. Only thing I'll point out is that we arrived in the evening and had to call the phone # @the door (luckily I had purchased a data plan which came with minutes). If you don't have a phone thatll work in Belgium, make sure you arrange this in advance.

Really incredible place, very close to University of Antwerp and other major attractions. Very comfortable beds and the owner of the hotel is super available and eager to accommodate his guests-- even let me check out around 2pm!
