It is located in a remote area. But only ten minutes walking to beach. Clean and new. Breakfast do not have a lot choices but is delicate. The pool is a PLUS.

Nice stay, some areas of improvement

Nice spacious rooms with a good view, rooftop pool is really nice. Restaurant comes with good food for a reasonable price, opening hours are however a bit unclear as they close whenever it suits the staff and not for a set time every day, which makes it a bit difficult to plan when to eat. Only negative thing about the hotel would be that it is noticeably getting a bit older and would need a renovation around some areas of the room as well as the public amenities such as the pool. And maybe getting the pidgeons under control so the hotel is a bit cleaner on the outside.

We stayed at the hotel for just one night. Overall, the stay was okay, but the location was a bit far from main attractions or conveniences. If you’re planning a longer stay, I’d recommend considering renting a scooter. The hotel can provide scooters, which is a helpful option.

3 Star Property at Best

The property does NOT look like it does in the photos. Definitely a catfish, which if you are spending decent money to stay there during high season it's definitely not worth it. Didn't have hot water for 3 nights (they refunded me one night to be fair) and had to move rooms because walls are all banged up, furniture is cheap and chipped, overall the condition is not great. If you're paying $35-$50 per night at this property it's well worth the money as that's what you expect to get at that price point. Front desk lady was lovely and helpful, the general manager (her boss) was friendly at first then as usual never followed through on anything until me and other guests had to raise our voices to get anything done. 2 other guests left the property early and demanded partial refund just as we did. The Pool is not as pictured, none of the pool chairs are functional (90% are broken). This is a condo-hotel and the property management team is pretty much absent and so is the owner. Just another poorly run spot but can't blame them specifically, these types of places are all over SE Asia. The property is close to the beach and great restaurants, so again if you get it for CHEAP, then great. Otherwise this is a major "skip." The breakfast is good though.

Min kæreste og jeg brugte to nætter på hotellet. Værelset var helt fint og rent. Området var lidt for kaotisk til os. Til gengæld ligger det meget tæt på Surin Beach, der klart kan anbefales. Poolen var lækker og maden udemærket.
