The property has been vandalized. The main entry has been broken and doesn't lock, removing main entry security. The room doors are difficult to open and close and the check in instructions are unclear. Additionally, there is a light in the main entry that turns on and off all night which leads to sleep disruption if you're a light sleeper.

The biggest problem I had was the cleanliness of the room. I own a cleaning business, so I do throughly check. There was a full soda in the freezer, something on the outside and inside of the class shower door, and the outside of the microwave had food and sticky stuff on it. The bath mat wasn’t clean and using them is gross. Bioclean works great for shower doors.

The property location is great as it is a few mins from the san juan luis airport, however the parking is only good if u have a mini or compact suv that is lifted due to the curb thats by the entrance. when arriving the message to unlock door was well placed and felt safe, however once arriving to the room there was a leakage coming thru the ac. the room overall was clean but it wasnt the best stay. great for solo travelers though.

Room was nice, there’s parking available, if requested. Area is okay and there are stores/ food spots a few minutes away, if you’re driving. The only con was the communication. I was locked out of the main door my first night there and tried entering the pin I was provided, but door wouldn’t unlock. I called the person in charge and she didn’t answer until 30+ minutes later, when she texted and said the door has a system in place for locking. She also proceeded to give me a new pin since the one she had initially provided wasn’t even correct. I was able to get inside because one of the other guests came outside. I also had asked for internet information, but never got a response back.

El olor a humedad era terrible, los mosquitos y las moscas en el cuarto pero sobre todo en el baño, aunque la limpieza de las habitaciones era excelente, lo que lo hace malo es la humedad, los mosquitos y las moscas. No me cambié de sitio porque ya estaba todo pago y en realidad solamente iba a dormir, pero si hubiese tenido la oportunidad de cambiar lo hubiese hecho. Lastima que no pueda subir las fotos que tomé de los mosquitos y las moscas que habían en la habitación.

Good for a quick stay

Suitable place to stay for a short term visit to the area. Appreciated the very cold AC and proximity to the airport, as well as the abundance of towels and washcloths available for use! That said, the surrounding neighborhood is very loud and busy and without a balcony, you’re really just coming and going. Overall, it’s a fine place for a quick visit !

It was a great little room, hated that I couldn’t lock the room from the inside but it did have a chain. The bathroom was small but manageable the shower drain how ever had a funky smell. Overall it was a pleasant over night stay, early check is was available at an additional fee of course but the fee is reasonable.
