Overall, a pleasant experience. My main complaint relates to the cleaning service, which was not thorough at all. For example, dead winter bugs in plain sight were not removed during my 10-day stay.

We were quite disappointed by our stay at Always Niseko given the premium we paid for a tiny room without any space for our suitcases. There was housekeeping 1 time during our 8 night stay. Reception staff not overly service minded or happy. Restaurant was only open for breakfast so no place to have a drink in the evening. We would just have expected a bit more given how much we paid to stay here over the NYE period. Breakfast served between 6.30-9.30am and the breakfast staff were lovely.
