Bad reply efficiency
I have tried several times to contact them for checkin procedure, but I didn't receive ant reply via email or phone for a week. I asked Expedia's customer service to help me, and they said no reply from hotel as well.
finally, I received their email on the date that I am going to checking in.
Wifi speed is not stable and sometime I couldn't receive it in the room.
Kitchen is for boiling water and making the tea. Don't expect to cook scramble eggs for breakfast. The quality of kitchenwares are very bad.
