Firstly the staff was refused to give me the room that I had booked. The staff was rude and difficult to reason with. In the end they made me get a more expensive room. The rooms were very dirty and things like the shower did not work.

No a great check in experience and misleading add.
The room was very basic, and wasn't particularly clean, the advert is a bit misleading as the 24 hours front seat is not real as we arrive at 5 pm on a Friday and have to wait for 1 hour until the owner decide to come back to the hotel, when he came back and completed the check in the room wasn't ready he them proceed to change the sheets and do a quick clean of the room with another person, the room inside was disappointing and not very clean, the housekeeping was non existent as noone came to clean the room on the 4 days that we stayed there, and it looks like our check in issue is recurrent as another gu as experience the same issue when he was trying to check in and knock on our door that was on the ground floor near the reception. Also no fitness centre, garden, room service or housekeeping. Not that I was expecting any of that for the price paid but if it doesn't have it shouldn't be advertised or if any of those services were available nobody mention or show that to us.

Sistemazione essenziale comodo per la stazione.
La stanza denominata Room Mestre comprende 2 letti matrimoniali, un lettino, TV, bagno privato., 4 finestre.. Il tutto essenziale, minimalista - nessun set di cortesia in bagno) ma per il rapporto qualità prezzo è andato tutto ok considerando anche il parcheggio gratuito e la vicinanza alla stazione. Lenzuola ed asciugamani puliti. Unico neo... alcuni disturbi notturni provenienti dal vicino parco pu blico. Ismael alla reception molto gentile. Ci tornerò.

EE carefull.if it is shared bathroom.or not
I booked a room with private toilet however on the hotel.the manager refused ro give me a room with private hotel because my reservation does not unclude this option.I called hotel.com support they confirmed that my reservation was with private toilet not a shared one but the manager of the hotel.insisted to add 30 euro in order to give me the room.I reserved. Then no wifi at all and when.I asked to connect he gave me access to another close hotel where it was not covered on my room no daily cleaning there is no change of towels no cleaning products except hand sanitizer on the entrance . I payed the extra 30 euro and hotel.com hotline told me to csll again ro check if it is possible to get a refund.

Coperte con macchie di colore rossastro,ecidentemente lavate ma non è bello vedere comunque macchie che non vanno via. Nessuna ricevuta ne tantomeno mi è stata data la ricevuta per i 2€ chiesti per la Tassa di Soggiorno. Poco costoso ma per gli schiamazzi notturni dalla stanza affianco non ne vale la pena risparmiare per non dormire.

Disappointment
The hotel is old. The rooms were not really clean, with killed dried insects on the walls. However towels and bed linen was good. No lift, you have to drag your suitcases upstairs yourself. It was noisy in the hotel itself and also outside starting from early morning, because the construction of nearest building is going on. We had to sleep with open windows and switched fan the whole night because it was unbearably hot in the room however it did not help much. There is no air-condition. Also there are two rooms with shower and toilet that are common to all the hotel guests. So you can expect queues especially in the morning. There was no private bathroom (information on booking platform was misleading). Overall disappointment, but perhaps the price/value for region with such a proximity to Venice is ok.

Central and OK
Nice and central hotel in Venice. But the kitchen wasn't satisfying, a mikro wave and kettle, plus dishes, glasses (wasn't able to cook). But at MEGA plus was the washing machine! And the receptionist was very funny and welcoming.

Dur dur en été !!!
L'accueil du personnel est bon, sans aucun soucis. Par contre, nous sommes arrivés début juillet avec une température extérieure de 33°c et 90% d'humidité le jour, et entre 25 et 27°c et autant d'humidité la nuit. La chambre était suffisament spacieuse pour 4 pour le temps qu'on y a passé, le seul hic était l'absence de climatisation dans la chambre, à la place 2 ventilateurs !!! Nous avons passé les nuits à dégouliner de sueur. Pour les toilettes et la douche, il y avait 2 salles d'eau, toutes les 2 étaient équipées d'une douche et d'un WC dans la même pièce. Oubliez le petit-déjeuner, il n'y en a pas, seul un micro onde, un frigo et des couverts sont mis à la disposition des clients. Bref, vous en aurez pour votre argent. Bon choix malgré tout, pour les petits budgets.

Uncomfortable stay, yet decent
The host and kitchen were nice. The communal bathroom was quite small, it could’ve used improvement in terms of maintenance. The room was nice. The location was very shady. Overall, a cheap stay but not recommended if you’re with kids.

The person managing the property was really helpful, the rooms were in a decent condition. The location is perfect for travelling around, with a lot of restaurants close by. However, the force of the water in the taps of shower and sink was really really bad and found it a bit cold in the room.
