-I tried online check in on the website and never work. The application also don't work most of the time, glitches, I checked in at the counter and that was too late to reserve
restaurant.
-Staff need to know basic English for better communication
-food is below average in the buffet and specialty restaurants ranging from bad to average
-life guards are not present in their location, v slow response if any, they don't know what to do or have experience to deal with emergencies, better training needed.
And again language barrier is crucial in emergency response.
-room furniture are beat up and need renovations
-some staff are really rude including managers and need to learn proper customer service.
-the food at the buffet is not labeled. Maybe one or 2 items are labeled out of 6-8 items in each
section
-flys everywhere contaminating the food
-many items taste bland or taste bad, many fruits are tasteless. Cakes are all taste the same, just different colors.
Burgers left on the girl until it's dry and overcooked. I tried tomatoes and they were bad.
-the buffet is very disappointing, very small for all these guests and it's always over crowded. It below expectations for an expensive resort like that.
Very limited choices, same bad and tasteless food that is served at the main
buffet, The only thing I ate was pizza bc everything else I can't eat bc of the quality and taste.
-seaweed all over the beach, we couldn’t swim there.
