Very aesthetic and very chic hotel. Loved their breakfast variety. Staff is extremely cooperative and caring. Our primary host was Omer Bey at the front reception and he was one of a kind - made excellent recommendations on dining options and went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay in Istanbul. Simply the best hotel chain I know! Room Mate is synonymous with hospitality, friendly service, design, plenty of comfort, modern rooms, and spectacular common areas! The best location in Istanbul. The best team. Incredible receptionists who go above and beyond. The manager, is fantastic. The housekeeping service is perfect. The breakfast team are incredibly friendly, and the security is kind. No matter the city I travel to, I choose Room Mate. I feel at home. Always. And there's no better feeling on a trip!
