Nos gusto mucho el hotel. Está a dos cuadras del centro de Tlalpujahua. Tiene estacionamiento. Tlalpujahua es un pueblito muy lindo, la iglesia en la cima de la montaña, a un par de cuadras, imperdible. Dentro del hotel hay Villitas navideñas muy bonitas, un castillito y hasta un avión decorativo. Las habitaciones buenas, grandes, cómodas y limpias. El agua caliente bien calientita. El restaurante muy rico, los tacos de arrachera y el mole rojo excelentes. El café podría mejorar. El servicio de recepción, estacionamiento y restaurante son excelentes. Todos muy amables. Sí regresaria

Very nice room. After checking in, we requested that bedside lamp be replaced because it does not work and ceiling lights on other side of room do not light bed area for reading or working. Three hours later, lamp still broken.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, a un par de cuadras del centro, cuenta con estacionamiento, y las habitaciones son muy amplias y las camas cómodas. Aunque las habitaciones están en buen estado, los detalles están muy mal cuidados, tuberías expuestas, había un cortinero en el piso, algunos acabados deteriorados, aunque en general no arruina la experiencia, podría mejorar. Las instalaciones lucen bien en general, aún estando en trabajos de remodelación (están construyendo una nueva sección de la Villa de Claus, que ojalá no interfiera con la tranquilidad de las habitaciones) pero en general, está bien. La comida en el restaurant tiene buen sazón, pero el bisteck estaba algo duro, y los precios son regulares (creo que hay mejores opciones para comer). El personal, todo muy amable, destacable el servicio de los trabajadores, aunque lo que realmente me decepcionó y causó molestia, fue que mi reservación incluía el desayuno, y en el hotel no lo quisieron hacer válido, sólo dijeron que así estaba saliendo en la aplicación pero que no estaba incluido, no deberían ofrecer cosas que no van a cumplir. Aunque mi experiencia fue buena en general, esto último demerita mucho lo bueno que sí tiene el hotel.
