Room and breakfast was the best I ever had.

The 20th floor is where it is located. The view was spectacular, the room was gorgeous and breakfast was served in our room. It was so amazing, We had to take a picture. It was just so amazing. Our only complaint was that because there were so many windows. It was actually kind of warm in the room. Iceland prepares for cold weather and We had some warm days that The air-conditioning system couldn’t keep up with, especially when the blinds were open to the windows. They arranged a ride from the airport which was very helpful( no uber here, they did have taxi’s)

Très correct

Séjour correct, chambre propre, bon petit déjeuner et vue magnifique. La responsable de l'accueil est très sympathique et serviable. En revanche, l'hôtel n'est pas vraiment un hôtel mais plus un appart hôtel avec concierge par conséquent il ne faut pas s'attendre à la même chose (pas de room service la nuit, pas de choix dans les menus, etc.).

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Tower Suites! Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and available. The room was beautiful and functional, and the view was spectacular! The hotel was also in a great location-easy to walk to points of interest. I would highly recommend Tower Suites.

Great stay

It was a great stay at the Towers Suits. An amazing breakfast was served to the room every morning. The view of the room was partially toward the ocean. The location requires some walking to the main street but I liked that. The staff is very helpful and polite.

The room and the hotel are lovely. There were a few issues that we wish had been better. The TV kept blanking out, was hard to navigate channels and was way too low to bee seen from bed while watching the news! Minor, but worth mentioning. The LARGE picture windows had drapes that would not block the light from the corners requiring us to wear sleep masks every night. Due to the masks, we didnt even mind the auto turn on bathroom lights coming on upon entry at night!!! The breakfast was outstanding! I did enjoy looking down on the part of the city of Reykjavik we were able to see from our window in RM 3.

This was incredible. Only 20th floor is the hotel with 8 suites so it is super quiet. Dining is convenient with several options in the building or so many a 5 minute drive. The concierge are very helpful with anything you may need.

After a long trip in Iceland this was the perfect place to end our last couple of nights. The check in process was straightforward and easy, parking was manageable if you’ve got a halfway decent understanding of parking in Iceland. The staff was absolutely exceptional and very helpful with whatever you need. The corner suite is an absolute gem with an amazing view of the ocean and city. The breakfast that is delivered every morning has an amazing selection that’s perfect to fuel your adventures for the day. I cannot recommend this place enough if you are looking to indulge yourself on your visit in Iceland.
