The property was AMAZING and Vera was SO AWESOME! Great showers, comfortable beds and linens. Sintra was closed while we were in Lisbon but she suggested some wonderful options. I would stay here again should be lucky enough to return to Lisbon. Thank you for making our experience wonderful!

The location of the property made it accessible to the restaurants , the river and many amenities . Our apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed. The staff was attentive to our needs and requests. Although we incurred some issues with water pressure and our laundry facilities , the staff offered options to rectify . The only downfall to the property is its proximity to a party area called Pink Street . Loud music , and many people loitering in the courtyard . If you are travelling with younger children, I do not recommend .

Clean and convenient. Not a very family friendly are as it was aa night life area. The hot water pressure in bathroom for shower and sink was horrible. Despite of reporting and someone looking into it, it made no difference. Having a good shower is very important and that was not possible.

Me and my friends stayed here for a long weekend in two of the apartments and we loved how great they were. The Residentas apartments team were readily available on WhatsApp and catered to any of our needs. A lovely touch having some food and drinks included in the room when we arrived too. The apartments are a stone throw away from pink street so good of your looking for somewhere close to the nightlife and local attractions. Would definitely stay here again. A

Perfect central location
Perfect location! Central unique accommodations in the middle of Lisbon. Some reviewers made comments about it being too loud in the area, but that was not my experience at all. Between the air conditioning and dehumidifier, the white noise was perfect and I did not hear a thing (and there on a weekend). Thank you to the team for even allowing us to remain in our room an extra hour and the storage option for luggage at their other property was perfect (and only a €5 Uber away). Would stay again.

It was a very well appointed apartment. Very clean and modern. It is located in the bar district so it stays noisy well into the night. We stayed three aughts and did not receive housekeeping, which wasn’t great. Also luggage storage is a bit inconvenient as it is at another location. But would recommend for families with teenagers and above.

Such a cute apartment! I especially loved the decor and there arched ceilings. There bed was very comfortable, including the sofa bed for my son. They even set the dining table nicely and gave us treats! They also gave us a small outdoor table and two folding chairs, which we used multiple nights to sit outside in the courtyard. Lastly, we had a good AC and dehumidifier in the room, which kept the place nice and cool and dry.
