This was a great little room. Clean - fridge, hairdryer & iron. Staff very helpful & location central & secure. Not for anyone who can’t cope with noise as hustle & bustle but fine for us! We’d definitely go back.

Just two minutes from Trevi Fountain. Tons of dining options. Walkable to other historic sites including Vatican City & Coliseum. Clean rooms, ac, however steep staircases & no lift. Otherwise highly recommend👍.

Great place to stay, at 3 mins walking from the Fontana Di Trevi. Recommended!! Please, consider that the property is located in a popular, very busy but very noisy area specially at night. Don’t forget to pack your noise cancelling headphones which are necessary to have a good sleep. Also, the property has a very steep staircase to go to the second floor rooms.

We loved the location. We could walk to most attractions. It was right around the corner from the Trevi Fountain. Easy walk to the Colosseum. It was also was a short walk to the nearest A line Metro which connects to the main train station Rome Termini. The room was large and comfortable.

The spot was in the perfect area for restaurants and the Trevi fountain. There were no elevators to get up to your room, but the day I checked in and the day I left, the staff was so accommodating to bring up and down my luggage as the stairs are steep. Marizia was amazing, helpful and accommodating! Thank you so much!!

This is the place to stay as it is right next to the Trevi Fountain and centrally located. Room is quiet even with the amount of crowd just outside your front door. You can walk to any of the major areas in 10-15 minutes max, most less, and St Peters Square in 20-25. Restaurants are everywhere with a constant stream of people present. There is a major shopping street just to the north of the area. The only draw back, which wasn’t to us, is the two sets of stairs are steep so if you have mobility issues this would not be the hotel for you.

Very Disappointed......
This was a very difficult stay. No where in the information does it state there is no lift or manager on site. We arrived after our room was to be available and were told it would be at least 45-minutes before the manager could arrive. We had ton leave our luggage in the hallway downstairs (unprotected) until the time we could go to our room. The stairs were very challenging as I have 8-fused disks in my spine and 3-fused disks in my neck. My friend also haws back issues and it should have been disclosed there is no lift available. At first the manager suggested she would help us 'take our things out of our luggage and transport them upstairs'.....which was not acceptable to us. After we kept indicating we wanted a refund and were going to leave, she got a fellow (I believe off the street) and together they brought our luggage up the stairs. On the day we left, my friend and I somehow got our luggage haphazardly down the stairs. The manager was pleasant and tried to make the best of a difficult situation. We understand she is most likely 'just the middle-man' and was doing as good of a job as she could. A person with any more of a medical condition than myself could never have stayed in this establishment.

The hotel would be difficult to find, as it's down a side street. But the room was very nice, and the staff exceptioally helpful and gracious. I was feeling ill before we left, and the staff kindly let us stay past checkout to await our train.

Very close to the trevi fountain, great location and options to dinning, other monuments very close to this location, great service. Great communication, reminder this is a guest house not a hotel, but it was very private and very clean
