Clean and nice service.
For the price, the renovated motel is clean and in a good location. There’s a parking spot in front of your room which I thought was supposed to be for our car but when we got back from dinner it was taken. At 10:00 we wanted to shower but there was no hot water. We called and he did fix the problem so we got to take a luke warm shower within an hour. I would definitely come back if the price stays the same just because of the location and cleanliness but I would want a guaranteed parking spot in front of my room.

We had a wonderful stay. The cafe down the street was terrific. The music hall is beautiful and an easy walk. My only concern is that our room door was left wide open. Here’s what happened, Sunday morning we walked to the cafe for breakfast. When we returned I noticed multiple room doors were open. With the cleaning cart in view I assumed the open doors were for cleaning purposes, no big deal. However, as we approached our room the door was also wide open! All of our belongings were as we left them, thankfully, so we didn’t address it immediately. During our check-out I mentioned my concern to the on-site owner, not in an aggressive or angry way, like I said our belongings were in tact. But he insisted I left the door open and denied the probability that the cleaning person may have mistakenly opened our room. An apology and acknowledgment of error on their part would have sufficed, but he began to become upset so I dropped it, thanked him and left. I’m glad my sneakers weren’t stolen and my girlfriend’s stuff wasn’t missing after our door was opened. The room was clean, but the comforter smelled like mildew when it sits in the washing machine too long. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Comfortable room
Older motel under remodel so hard to judge, our room was excellent and updated. Very comfortable and nice. The property is older being taken care of. I see great potential here. We had an excellent stay, no complaints.

Looks like the start of a bad movie
It looks sketchy as you drive up. That was concerning, but overall my stay was pretty good. Rooms were pretty clean but the b3d was uncomfortable and lumpy. Not bad for the price and location but overall ok.

This motel was exactly as advertised. Has been updated is fresh and clean. Room is warm and calming and necessary items are there. Check in and out was a breeze. Staff were proficient and welcoming. Note there is no micro, coffee pot or fridge, but this did not impact our view of the motel. Would stay here again
