お手頃で、駐車場が広いので、車で移動する場合は大変便利でした。 部屋は4階だったびで、窓からコッツウォルズらしい景色が見えて楽しめました。 またスーパーも徒歩圏内にあるためとても便利でした。 コッツウォルズの観光地まで近いので拠点には便利な場所なので また泊まりたいです。 できれば改善してもらいたいのが、ハンドシャワーがなかったのがちょっと不便でした。

For a chain hotel in a rural town, this hotel provides what you expect. The room was comfortable and the hotel was in reasonable condition. Staff were friendly and the check in process is very easy. The location of the hotel was just a 10 min walk to the centre of town and local bus connections. Wifi was free, but was a bit patchy at times.

Booked a family quadruple room which is two twins and a double bed in a good sized room, we have booked this room twice in other locations in England and the guy at the front desk gave us a room with a double and a twin, went back and expressed we got the quadruple room and he grunted hummed and hawed before I told him that we had paid for it, showed reservation and expressed we needed the beds for our two Children. He said there weren’t anymore and he couldn’t but then I showed that it said oh the website that there was three more available, he finally said we could have one but he had to clean it first. Asked us to put our stuff in the room, we could leave for an outing and that he would clean the hotel Room and put together the beds. I told him we weren’t comfortable with leaving our stuff unattended and he nearly huffed at that and said he would let us know when it was ready. We just spent all day driving and it was almost dinner time and I had asked about how long it would be cuz we had tired children and he shooed me aside and said he had to help the people behind me (even though it was his mistake of putting us in the wrong room to begin with) and he would let me know. It took over an hour before we finally were placed in our new correct room
