Very friendly staff. They are always smiling and willing to help your requests. Laundry service available. With this location you are very close at the Ratchaprapha pier with a 20 minutes car trip.

Het uitzicht was adembenemend. Hier hebben we van genoten. Je komt er echt tot rust. verder is er niks te doen. 7eleven is een half uur lopen. Wij hadden gevraagd aan de Balie medewerkster voor wasservice. Dit hebben ze blijkbaar niet en dit staat wel aangegeven. We zijn we dus een half uur moeten gaan lopen voor onze was te gaan doen. Dit viel ons wel tegen. Verder het restaurant was wel prima. Het is enorm rustig. Wij hebben we een prettig verblijf gehad.

The great view and pool is nice. Outdoor areas are well maintained, chill out areas are plentiful. On arrival, the hotel looks like a 4 star but once you drive to the back is it looks like the staff quarters. Including the reception. The staff was friendly. The rooms are bigger with high ceiling but very standard with the interior. Visible water damage coming down from the ceiling.

Das gesamte Hote müsste mal wieder renoviert werden, überall ist entweder etwas kaputt oder fehlt etwas. Das wäre Zuviel alles aufzuzählen. Das Hotel ist aber perfekt um Tagesausflüge zu planen in Khao Sok

Staffs are nice upon checking in but the cleanliness of the room is pretty disappointing. The rug was left on the shelf instead of on the floor, we found hair and ants on the bed! When we checked out, nobody was present at the front desk. Never returning again.

Location and service not good
From Kao Sok arrivel point it is a 1 hour taxi drive to the hotel. Taxi cost are double roomprice and no pick up service by the hotel. I tried to call them many times at the day before arrivel and at the day self but no awnser, at one point (when i was in Koa soj already 1 hour) they pick up the phone, but they could not speek a word English, the only word was 'no' and they just hung up! That's makes me feel like they really not care about there custumers and made me give this hotel a -1. When booking this hotel i made clear i was traveling from Koh Samui and there where some pick ups from other hotels there but not for us. In the end we had found an other hotel in Koa sok to stay, luckely we found one and they took us in and after staying there i would highly recomment them for your stay in Koa Sok. The Khao Sok Las Orquideas Resort and the Khao Sok Royal Cliff Resort & Spa, the location is perfect and all staff speek good English and are where service minded.

Mooi uitzicht met mooie kamer dat is alles
Mooi uitzicht en mooie kamer. Verder is er niets in de buurt. Geen ontbijt bij het hotel. Wij verbleven hier alleen om door te reizen naar kao sok lake. Verder prima. Neem eten mee voordat je aankomt.

Hotel voor 1 nachtje
Leuk hotel. Jammer dat de bouw al jaren stil licht om dit project af te bouwen. De kamers zijn heel groot. Heerlijk zwembad voor de deur en het uitzicht is prachtig. In de buurt is eigenlijk niets. Je moet een flink stuk langs een zeer drukke weg lopen om ergens te komen. Echter voor een nachtje als overbrugging voor een lake tour is het erg fijn.

Great room, great pool!
Very new hotel so rooms are excellent (and huge) and pool is great but no sunbeds yet! No breakfast or dinner options yet either. There are not many Western eateries in town as yet, this was not an issue for us. About a 15 to 20 minute drive to the Reservoir which is stunning!
