A brilliant apartment
The apartment is brilliantly equipped. It’s clean and spacious. The location is very convenient for visiting most tourist sites on foot. The house owners are also very warm and professional. We really enjoyed our stay!

highly recommend this lovely apartment!
雖是公寓型態的住宿，卻有飯店般的服務 每日打掃客房、換洗毛巾，環境相當整潔溫馨，住起來很舒適 每天早上都有新鮮現做的豐盛早餐，早餐是08:00~10:00，如要提早用餐，員工也樂意配合住客的時間 親切的前台服務人員能提供叫車服務、有問題也能有效率地解決 公寓設有電梯，不需要扛著大行李爬樓梯，整體來說是相當理想的住宿體驗！

Rummet var litet, hade en trasig/högljudd aircondition som gjorde att det var svårt att sova med den på. Det saknades avställningsmöjligheter för två väskor och saker man har med sig på en resa. Rummet kändes överlag ganska basic. Vi hade höga förväntningar på hotellet efter bilder och andra recensioner men blev tyvärr mycket besvikna.

Great place
First time traveling to Europe. Maria (the owner) was very helpful with making sure has transportation. Very modern rooms, maid service each morning. Not sure if all rooms have it, but mine did have a washer which was super nice. Great neighborhood- walking distance to everything.

Good Belli
Very good location - close to major sites in Ancient Rome - 15 to 20 min walks or 10 min taxi ride. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Some staff need better training on systems - had trouble dealing with problems. It has a kitchen where breakfast is prepared and has a second fridge with free water/soft drinks that can be used by patrons. No fridges in rooms. No microwave. There is a stove top and small oven that you can use. Nespresso Coffee machine in room and in kitchen. It is on 3rd floor of building with a small manually operated elevator - holds 4 people without luggage. Lots of restaurants in area a short walk away.

Great place to stay while in Rome
We really enjoyed our stay at Belli36. Maria was kind enough to arrange a pick up from the airport and to the airport. Christina was amazing and informative. I would stay there again. It was close to everything. We walked everywhere for the most part. Christina had great recommendations for restaurants and shopping.

Great location as it is out of ZTL of Rome but still walkable to most historical landmarks. 9-minutes to piazza navona etc..I was able to find street parking easily. The air conditioning struggled a little but was sufficient to provide us a cool reprieve from the heat outside. The lift was very useful for luggage as it is on 3rd floor. Overall a good choice for your trip to Rome.

Maria and Christie from the property are very nice and helpful. It is located at a district in a walkable distance to both Vatican and the shopping district near the Spanish Steps. The room was clean and comfortable! We had a great stay in Belli36.

July 2024 - family - 3 nights
Maria and her team were friendly and helpful with very good communication. Location is good and safe. There are a lot of breakfast cafes closeby with amazing options. Bus service is good though we used taxi service most of the time. Cleanliness was good - bathroom (rainshower) was awesome. Airconditioning needs to be better. It was a great to have bottled water in our rooms. There is no minifridge in the room. There is a common fridge where you can keep your stuff if you need.

This location has great friendly staff. The property is only a few rooms. Great location and walkable to all except the Coliseum. Negative was housekeeping turned off the A/C when the temperature was 105 and the room was hot upon our return.

Very large, clean room, perfect for my family of four. Very attractive newer style bathroom and shower with tile and sliding glass door. Owners were super friendly and location was great for us, able to walk to the Pantheon in 20 minutes. Many good restaurants within just a few blocks including San Marco pizzeria where we had a lovely meal our last night. There are about a dozen restaurants within three blocks.

A lovely friendly place to stay
A lovely hotel, family run, very helpful and friendly, nothing too much bother. Good location away from the busy centre but close enough to walk to the centre taking in some of the lovely restaurants and bars on the way.
