The property was beautiful. The rooms were large and clean. The breakfast was a nice addition. But the hotel is located in an area that does not feel safe, especially in the evening. I’ve stayed here several times and it’s always been great. However, this time there was an issue with the Wi-Fi. They didn’t even notify hotel guests. And when I asked they reacted like it was not a problem and didn’t offer any kind of solution. And they didn’t offer any kind of discount for the inconvenience.
