Real good one
It is the best hotel during my one month in Durope. The room is the biggest. And it also have kitchen. I could cook something myself. And the breakfast is fatanstic. I will back to this hotel again. The bed is separate with the living roon. Very big.

NAAM hotel
I stayed in the hotel for 3 days. The customer service was very bad. The front desk guy( bold Indian guy) did not want to give info because he was on a video chat with girl. The room does not get cleaned on time and I have to request twice to get a clean sheet and towel. The lady in the breakfast room is the only good thing going for this hotel. She was very helpful and friendly.

Best stay at NAAM in Frankfurt!!
The place was very well maintained, staff really friendly, thr room was in pristine condition. Would highly recommend for families and for business trip. Truely 5 star hotel.

Just what we needed
Stayed one night before catching a flight. We chose this hotel because it was close to both the airport and the city AND it had free parking. There isn’t much going on in the immediate neighbourhood but it was a quick train ride into the central area of town. Clean, friendly, good breakfast.
