This place is rustic but beautiful! For San Felipe it’s really not bad! Clean rooms! Big shower! Close to everything and a great price!

Stayed overnight on our way to Baja Sur and then back in the Quadruple bed, 2 room unit. Loved the 2 room option, provided enough space for the kids and adults to relax and unwind after a full day at the pool and downtown. The property is nice just as the pictures show. Parking & Gate Security were fantastic. Large lot & very secure allowing us to unhook our trailer towing 2 ATVS so we could drive around town. The pool area was nice providing ample spots to lounge. Breakfast is continental (very continental lol) but enough to get us on the road. We also ordered fruit plates, pancakes & eggs from Alfredos for those with bigger appetites. I am a hotel snob & was honestly nervous about a quad bedroom, but this was perfect for us. This is not a resort, but the staff are friendly, the property is nice & the rooms were clean (with hot water showers). Definitely a fantastic place for our family to stay while we're in San Felipe. We will be back for sure!

Exellent Service and clean units Personnel good and great food

Tv service only provided stations that were in Spanish so as I do not speak Spanish I did not have tv service. Room also had air conditioning only and no heat. Was able to get a portable electric heater so was ok but had to ask and search out. Temp is in 40,s at night so heat needed. Got bottled water when we checked in but it was not replenished on the second day. Restaurant was closed on Thueday when we checked in so had to search for a place to eat. Would have been nice to know this in advance

I have stayed at Las Palmas a number of times in the last five years and have seen the overall quality steadily decline. Basic maintenance of the facility is poor. For example, the shower was just a pipe coming out of the wall with no shower head. The sink was not much better.

Location was good with access to city streets into town easy. Room was nice with average condition but TV had no channels. The bar had limited hours but since not too many guests this was acceptable. Morning coffee and fruit snacks were really good. The Sunday brunch was the only meal we had and it was fine. We actually stayed an additional day, but cash price was higher than the previous 2 days booking through Expedia. It would have been better to match price from Expedia. Most of the rooms were vacant so no good reason to elevate the price. We could use this hotel in the future.

Finding the office is a bit of a challenge. You park at the far end of the building and look for the pool/restaurant. There you will find the front desk

Overpriced for what it is. Decent accommodation - pool area pleasant - rooms old and dated but clean enough.

Great place to estay, close to everything, friendly staff clealn,great pool. The night reseptionist right before going home treat us with coffe tea and cookies. Awsome!! her shift was over she went out of her way to treat us. Thanks

Great hotel to stay at when in San Felipe. Close to the board walk and restaurants. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Also plenty of safe parking. Will definitely stay here again.
