Great location, friendly staff
Hussein and Khalid were excellent hosts. They were very personalized and very pleasing. The riad had a great location, but know that it is in the medina where no cars can go. I highly recommend to arrange a hotel transfer from airport to hotel thru Riad Elchante so that there will be a coordinated arrangement for the car and bag porter that will walk you into the maze in the medina. Do this especially if you are arriving at night. Once in the medina, it is a great and safe experience. Great breakfast and roof top too. I would recommend this.

호스트와 스태프 모두 친절하고, 청소 상태 청결하고 아침 식사도 맛있음. 전통 리아드라 방에 빛이 잘 들지않으니 방 예약할 때 창문 있는 방을 요청하길 추천함. 위치가 외진 골목 안에 있어서 혼자 여행하는 사람에게는 적합하지 않음. 밤에 도착하는 분들은 공항 셔틀서비스 신청하는 걸 추천함. 메디나 골목 안쪽이라 차를 타려면 5분 이상 걸어나와야 함. 길 안내한다는 동네 아저씨들은 안내 후 돈을 요구하니 구글맵 사용하면 된다고 꼭 거절해야 함.

This was an amazing experience. I plan to return. Hussein and Hamed were absolutely amazing. Our room was clean and spacious. The facilities were awesome. We ate dinner at the Riad Enchante and it was delicious. They arranged airport transportation which ended up cheaper than a taxi

This was our first time in visiting Morroco Me and my husband stayed in the Raid 9 days in July 2024 Absolutely we loved everything about the accommodation The location is close to the all the sightseeing, quite place The breakfast was amazing they even made sure we had breakfast our last day although we were leaving early morning 6 am. Thank you The staff at the Riad were exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Arranging the tours , giving us advice and information on what to do and idea where to visit clean rooms & great facilities. Thank you to the team at Riad Enchanté Especially thank you to Hussein & Khalid We will definitely be coming back in the winter time ,summer time is too hot

A wonderful place in the heart of Marrakech
We had a wonderful stay at this Riat. Staff were amazing every which way. Room was clean and lovely. We felt safe and well cared for. They all went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and well.

We were well looked after by our super and friendly staff. Very very friendly and most helpful! Khalid very kindly took us on a tour to the Atlas Mountains in his own time! He looked after us so well! Both Khalid and Hussein, who are front of house, were always willing to assist and guide us. The food was really lovely - breakfast each morning a special treat! We had an evening meal the night we arrived (very late!) and it was by far the tastiest Moroccan meal! We arranged for airport transfers through Hussein via email beforehand, and these were arranged for us. It would be difficult without their assistance to find the Riads in general. We had a superb time and would highly recommend Riad Enchanté. Thank you for a fabulous stay and super memories!

This Riad is conveniently situated within the medina, close to all the souks. Our room was lovely and cleaned daily; gorgeous roof terrace with views of the mountains. The staff are extremely attentive and friendly. The breakfast provided is fantastic. I’d also recommend the evening meal which was beautifully presented and one of the best during our stay. They sort out all the travel to and from the airport and also any trips you have planned. Thoroughly recommended, we’ll be back!

Truly 5* service
Wonderful place, amazing location and tucked away just enough to feel safe and quiet. 2 minutes walk from being in the middle of it all. The rooms were beautiful, luxurious- photos don’t do it justice. The star of the show was Hussein, incredible service, true 5* concierge and made the trip one to remember. I have travelled to many top hotels and villas around the world and Hussein’s served was memorable and world leading!

We had a fantastic stay at Riad Enchanté. The hosts Hussein and Khaled were impeccable individuals. They were extremely attentive, offering fantastic advice, and were a key part to our wonderful stay in Marrakesh. The Riad itself was very clean and the Decor really embraced the Moroccan culture. The Riad is located in a perfect location which is close to the key markets but away from the noise. The Riad is also conveniently a 7 minute walk from the pick up point for excursions such as balloon rides and camel riding. We were offered fresh moroccan styled breakfast each morning, which was delicious. I would definitely recommend this Riad to anyone looking for a trip to embrace Marrakesh. You will be well looked after.

Thanks to all the staff at the Riad Enchante, they are so helpful and friendly, the Riad is perfectly placed for exploring Marrakesh and it's proximity to the secret garden makes it hard to get lost. We had a wonderful time and would gladly recommend this Riad

Mi ha accolta Hussiene, davvero disponibile e affabile, mi ha offerto un ottimo tè - berber whisky - e mi ha dato tutte le indicazioni e i consigli per la mia permanenza, dandomi il numero di telefono in caso di bisogno. Anche Aimed è stato molto cordiale e disponibile per ogni mia richiesta. Il riad è davvero pulito, fornito di tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno: le camere hanno asciugacapelli, condizionatore, wifi, cotton fioc, dischetti struccanti, bottigliette d'acqua nuove ogni giorno, shampoo, bagnodoccia e crema corpo. Le camere sono ampie e sia arrdamento che pulizia son ben curati. Al secondo piano del riad si esce in una terrazza, che è utilizzata per le colazioni, per le cene, e come area di "rest" - l'atmosfera lassù è davvero magica. La posizione del riad è strategica, si trova nella parte più bella dei souk secondo me, e dista 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza di Jemaa el-fna; tutti i punti di interesse della città sono raggiungibili a piedi. Colazione super abbondante con cibi fatti in casa molto buoni e genuini. Recensione molto positiva, mi sono trovata davvero bene e consiglio a tutti questo riad. Ringrazio ancora il personale che mi ha "coccolata" in tutti i modi possibili, è stata davvero una bella esperienza.
