My wife and I are in agreement that we have never stayed in nor will we ever find another vacation property that clean. Not a speck of dirt or mold to be found. Sheets, blankets, glasses, bathrooms impeccably clean. The location is steps from the busy Pile Gate, yet it's quiet at the property. The pictures do not do the terrace views justice. Absolutely stunning!

Wonderful stay in Dubrovnik.

Sweet apartment with an absolutely amazing view!! We arrived at night by Uber from the ferry and had some difficulty figuring out where to go once the driver dropped us off. Other than that, we couldn’t have been more pleased. Martina met us outside and gave us a tour, describing the property, the area, and answering any questions. It was a five minute walk to the Pile Gate where many tours meet. We found the place convenient, clean, and what we expected from the Hotel.com description. Even had a washer to do a load of laundry during our stay.

Clean, Convenient Room very close to Old City

Very pleasant stay. The room was very clean, fully appointed, though slightly dated. It was 94°F/35°C when we were there, and the AC worked perfectly. Martina our host was very friendly, and gave us great recommendations about the what we could do in the city. The location was a ~5-7min walk from the Pile Gage entrance to the old city. If you have lots of bags, I'd strongly recommend you take a taxi/uber/bus to neear Ulica Zagrebačka 50, just after the parking garage. That way you'll be able to carry your luggage DOWN steps to the villa instead of up, because the villa is only accessible by foot (can't drive up to it) . And when leaving, I'd recommend taking your bags DOWN towards the old city and take the passageway on the right that leads past the Hilton to catch your car/bus.

Lovely place to stay. Simple, but clean and comfortable. No front desk, but someone was available by phone. Very close to Pile Gate, and easy and safe to get to the center, only a 5 minute walk. The only thing is that it is an uphill walk with some steps - good views from the villa though! Was able to see how crowded the city walls were in the morning, which helped me decide not to go there until later in the day!

Great stay near old town

This is a great place to stay at! The owner was super nice and told us all about the surroundings and current events. She provided us with maps as well. There are a number of steps to get here, but it is very central and takes only 5-10 mins to get to the old town. Room was very clean! No view from the window... but had the view through the front door (if opened). Great stay!

Definitely recommend staying!

Villa Iveta is the perfect place to stay. Close to the old town but away from the busy street. Comfy beds, amazing shower (very important) and Martina is just lovely. Would recommend this place if your staying for a couple of nights.

Fantastic location a couple of minutes walk outside the old town, peaceful and quiet. Beautiful old villa with such history. The one bedroom apartment was spacious with everything you could need for a short or long visit & the views from the terrace were just stunning. Martina friendly welcome & useful tips were much appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Villa Iveta & would love to return one day.

Très belle chambre, très proche du centre

Très belle chambre, très confortable dans un endroit magique. Une vue très agréable pour prendre le petit déjeuner le matin (non proposé par l'hote). Accueil chaleureux et l hôtel nous donne de très bon conseil pour visiter la ville. Parfait pour votre séjour à Dubrovnik. Seul petit problème si vous êtes en voiture par de parking car situé dans une rue piétonne. Parking payant et cher au alentour. Un petit conseil garer sa voiture en dehors de la ville et prendre un taxi ou uber (nous avons opté pour cette option). Je conseil vivement cette chambre.

The location is terrific, close to the old town. Just be prepared to climb some stairs which are unavoidable in Dubrovnik. The owner, Maria, is very helpful and full of good advice, follow it and you are sure to have a pleasant stay.

Classic Villa Iveta

Lovely host Martina welcomed us to this classic one bedroom villa apartment. Lovely views from private terrace and also from bedroom. Everything you could need provided including full cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. Really enjoyed this stay close to Dubrovnik old town behind the Hilton. Check out Kupari bay close by - bay of abandoned hotels and lovely beach/views. Airconditioning provided but could have done with service as leaked water all over terrace. Sofa a bit hard too. Otherwise perfect stay.
