Apartado indiscriminado de camastros

El servicio del personal, concierge, etc., muy buenos. Sólo tuve una mala experiencia debido a la falta de camastros, deberían de tener una mejor organización y solución para ello, ya que desde muy temprano la gente se va a apartarlos, y los deja sin usar por horas, y eso le quita derecho a las personas que sí desean usarlos en ese preciso momento. Aunque por reglamento del hotel les dan 30 minutos para apartarlos, no se respeta el tiempo, y uno de los vigilantes se negó a hacer algo al respecto, aunque por parte de concierge se hicieron cargo al día siguiente. Deberían tener más camastros, o prohibir el apartado.

Ruined our wedding anniversary by closing the main and only nice restaurant for 2 days without any warning or notice. Didn't give us an anniversary present we paid for as they didn't know if strawberries were vegetarian!!

I worried about falling. Having stairs in the room with no railing is a hazard. Stone floors I was prepared for! The hotel staff Jose in TikiTaco is excellent. The men who helped in arrival all good particularly Ignacio, he was patient with guests, made them feel welcome. Food was good in all restaurants. The service was outstanding. I like that you had activities, lots of music & energy from the dance crew. Maid Karla great the room was clean everyday. Good stay thanks

I'm aware it's a family resort but it has a small pool and it was dirty a lot of the time. I met friends with grandkids otherwise it wasn't a hotel I would have traveled chosen. Definitely not for adults.

The staff was very friendly and worked very hard. Food was excellent and never ran out. There is staff continuously cleaning the property and there are a few nice shops on the resort. Drinks are also delicious and made quickly.

Small resort. Only 3 restaurants. 1 restaurant/ buffet that is open every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Don’t get there early than 1 as they don’t welcome you. Staff at restaurant and ball boys were really nice . Front desk nice to take lessons from them. Front desk was rude and unwelcoming. Food at the restaurant was very basic and not good. Need favor. Although they did have a lot of pastries. For the most part Hotel was clean but did need a lot of touch up and maintenance. I would not recommend if you are traveling with Teens or in your 20. Maybe a good hotel for family with small kids Or seniors.

Everything about this property (with the location being the exception) was terrible. From the food to the alcohol, the room being outdated, and the service. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

We liked the property was 12 minutes from the airport and was small so easy to walk around with our 2 little ones. The tacos at the Tiki Taco were delicious and room service breakfast was good too. We were bummed we couldn't dine at the Italian restaurant because of our kids age. Our daughter had a great time at the kids club with lots of activities each day. We upgraded our room to a junior suite bay view which had an awesome view! But the room itself was very dated and there were stains on the lamp shades and couch. All in all we had a wonderful vacation here.

The rooms were nice, they have shopping on site which is nice. The dining room is outside so the food is always cold, if you do not like fish your choices are limited. The Italian restaurant was amazing. There are not enough lounge chairs for the number of guest and they don't enforce the rule about leaving towels unattended for more then a hour. The lobby bar was messy and rarely appeared to be cleaned. The entertainment was ok.Some of the staff were amazing others could care less. We wont be going back.
