Decepção, chegamos no endereço tinha um recado para ir em outro lugar fazer o checkin, estávamos com as malas e tivemos que caminhar até outro ponto. Sofá cama terrível de desconfortável. Ar condicionado ligava atacava renite. Tinha um bujão no quarto que fazia barulho quando outros usavam banheiro. Pior habitação que usei em Portugal.

We slept a 3 nights in the small rooms, and two more in the small apartments. Though fine overall, there were two things in the way of a recommendation. The walls are thin. We could hear our neighbours laugh loudly, the tv or another neighbour in the middle of the night, and the elevator (all rooms in this hotel are close to the elevator). That’s not counting the constant passings of physicals with sirens, all night long. It’s not the best street in Lisbon, but at least it’s next to the metro stop and it does have some nice food places on short walking distance. The other issue is with the air conditioners. They are supposedly temperature controlling but they just stay on far beyond the temperature they are aiming for. Set it to 23, it produces warm air; set it to 22 and the room turns to ice during the night.

Accueil agréable. Appart hôtel situé dans un quartier multi culturel, avec un certains nombre de magasins et restaurations rapides. Expérience gustative : brunch chez Mila (à côté de l'appart), Honest green, Copenhague Cafe De belles visites, une ville tout en montagnes russes (soyez bien chaussés) Au sujet du logement : Appartement fonctionnel et bien organisé, ce qui correspondait à nos attentes. Cependant, insonorisation moyenne, bruit de porte et de douche du logement voisin.

Atendendo a a viajava apenas com uma pequena mala de cabine e mochila, o apartamento foi perfeito. No entanto, não recomendo para duas pessoas que viajam com bagagem de maiores dimensões pois não existe espaço suficiente nem mobiliário para isso. O check in e check out tem que ser feito no hotel (3 portas acima). No quarto, AC e TV funcionava, é disponibilizado chaleira com café e chá. No que respeita à limpeza, nada a apontar de negativo. Casa de banho privativa tudo ok (tem secador). Quanto ao custo/benefício em geral, é um alojamento caro para o que oferece principalmente na época alta. Recomendo reserva antecipada.

It is unfortunately that the accomondation is beside a establishment that provides homeless people with meals. We have frequently asked for something (which we didn't understand and we don't carry any cash).

Un accueil , en français , chaleureux où l'on nous a fourni plein d'explications pour visiter Lisbonne . L'emplacement est idéal . Le métro Intendente devant la porte . Calme malgré le métro juste en dessous qui vibre un peu dans l'appartement mais vraiment pas dérangeant . L'appartement est propre , lumineux , bien agencé . La literie est excellente . Personnellement , j'aurai plutôt mis la télé côté " salon " plutôt qu'accrochée en face du lit . Le Top , sa terrasse privée . Nous ne regrettons pas notre séjour

I feel like the walls were made of paper. Could hear everything, from talking to eating to babies crying . I had to go 3 times at 2 am to my room next door to beg them to be quiet. Since I went for work and had to wake up every day at 5 am it was a bad choice. Facilities were okay, personnel was lovely.

Really good hotel with a fantastic location. Almost everything is within walking distance from boutiques to restaurants to the train station. The staff were really nice and at arrival introduced us to the tourist attractions and offered guided tours. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you need even a fridge. Homekeeping daily if you want. The only thing I would like to see them improve is the ventilation inside the room. It seems like the only ventilation port is by opening the window which makes the room humid at night. There is an AC to cool down but in the long term this can be a problem for this hotel.

The room is way too small. The way pictures was up misleading. The room does not have window which was not disclosed on their room description. I did not enjoy it and won’t be recommending this hotel to others. Requested to do room move but they declined.
