The stay in general was ok. Our room is spotless and has very nice view. However, the service level and food was no where near the standards of a 5-star hotel. We stayed for 5 nights and by day 3, we were already tired of breakfast selections as the food stayed the same everyday, also some dishes had terrible taste. We raised a couple of requests, e.g. baby bathtub, one extra robe, to the reception but they never remembered to execute the request so we ended up having to ask again. The hotel also didn’t equip rooms with some essential amenities.
On the first day, we went down to hotel lounge and ordered fish & chips. While waiting for the food, I took our baby to the changing room and when we passed by the kitchen, I saw the waiter ate a piece of fries off the plate that he was about to bring to our table. I was completely speechless!!!
