Our door was rattling all night. Could not close our bathroom door Curtain hanging off No towels, but had a bath mat Bed and linen were clean and comfortable Walls very thin could here the guy three doors down coughing (not nice) Airconditioner was toasty warm

We struggled to find the office as we arrived at night. Called ahead to tell them our arrival time. Our GPS got us in the parking lot & qe were seen on their out door cameras but no one came to our rescue . We thought we were in the wrong place so left and could not find another drive or sign that said office so called again & they said come back as they seen us on camera. So flustrating she had my phone # why did she not call me when she seen us on camera our simply come outside & enquire who we were & why were walking around the property. The bedding was dirty discussed we were not afforded clean sheets & a clean blanket. Will not be back.

Disgusted to say the least. First no one at reception, had to wait nearly an hour for them to come and check me in. Get into the room via the cigarette smelling hallway, loose hairs still in the bathroom, sink nearly falling off the wall, sink drain had a cigarette butt inside, walls with drip lines of filth... never again.

Made the booking for my friend. Staff rude, no change was given as they had no change, the room reeked of bleach and it was extremely small and cramped. I can stay in a hotel cheaper than the price I paid here for two nights.

I like the area the motel was hidden which was good, i didnt like how it was noisy other people should have consideration for other people quietness,with the loud music an people smoking in there rooms, the reception she was good made u feel welcome, but considered her husband had no communications skill with people , but apart from that it was good

I wasn't expecting great things but it was way worse than I thought. The room was tiny, they had takeaway coffee cups, no teaspoons or milk. The bed was so hard and crap it made my cheap spare bed at home feel luxurious! There was someone's chewy stuck on the wall at the top of the bed head! For the price they charge per night it was an absolute rip off. We have stayed in far better places for around the same price point. Very disappointing. Oh and to top it off we lost power then when we were leaving western power were replacing several poles on the street so I'm assuming it was a planned power outage...perhaps they could have given their motel guests a heads up!
