Upon check-in the front desk was not informed about our booking.
After we had presented our Hotels.com voucher they told us that only
twin bed room is available. We did then ask them to issue a letter confirming that only twin bed is available or upgrade us to another room category with double bed. After asking twice they did provide a room with double bed.
Overall we were very disappointed. The air condition in the reception hall was turned off. The room was in a state which requires renovation.
On the next morning we went for breakfast and the air condition was turned off in the reception area and breakfast room. The breakfast was pretty poor. We will definitely not stay there anymore.
The whole premises need some mark up soon.

Not a bad place for one night, but have had better
Good quiet location, staff friendly. Hot water in shower did't work, nor did the toilet flush properly. Bed confortable and good views. Breakfast somewhat scant.
