Overall good, the breakfast was nothing special definitely needs approve-meant, we tried the dinner buffe once it’s was not good. It’s not to hard to get from the hotel to the beach and most activities can pick you up from the hotel. The pool area was okay, unfortunately the beautiful mountains there covers the sun a lot during the afternoon. The staff were nice and helpful

The pictures promise alot that thebplace cannot live up to. The architecture ruins the area. Also the breakfadt is in line with the worst hotel breakfadt i have had. For a hotel in this pricerange its a very bad deal. Also it seems the hotel caters to cheap russian charter tourism.

Et meget slidt og beskidt hotel. Vi måtte flytte værelser (vi havde booket 3 værelser til 9 overnatninger) pga myrer i sengene og det vi tror var en væggelus. De nye værelser vi fik var istandsatte, men også her var der myrer og kakerlakker. Morgenmaden var dårlig og stod uden overdækning, så myrer og fluer havde fri adgang. Kaffekopperne var gamle og beskidte. Der blev spillet så høj musik til morgenmaden, at flere bad om at få skruet ned for lyden. Hotellet ligger langt fra byen, men der stod skrevet at der gik en gratis bus frem og tilbage fra byen. Det var så ikke korrekt, det var mod betaling. Hotellet kalder sig for et Beach resort - det kan ikke være mere misvisende, det kan ikke bades i det vand. Det var beskidt og der var meget skrald på stranden. Det er IKKE et 4 stjernet hotel, som der står beskrevet.

Aircondition fungere dårligt, sengene er ikke gode. Vandhanen og bruse hovedet er i stykker eller helt kalket til. Morgenmaden er forfærdelig da der ikke er nogle sammenhæng eller noget at vælge i mellem. Fx er der ingen pålæg kun brød og smør

Russisch für Anfänger?
Grundsätzlich war der Aufenthalt perfekt. Ich habe nur schade gefunden, dass ich beim Check-out mit "Spasiva" verabschiedet wurde. Netter hätte ich es in der thailändischen Sprache gefunden. Aber sonst war alles sehr zufriedenstellend.

Die gesamte Einrichtung bedarf einer Überholung. Außen keine Sitzmöglichkeiten, keine Abfallbehälter. Außenanlagen mit Müllecken. Essen absolut eintönig.

Excellent service from the staff, both the cleaners and the staff in the reception. Spacious rooms, nice swimmingpools. The downside is that the buffet was bad, and there are no restaurants nearby. They have 2 cars that takes you to Ao nang for free, but one of them are difficult to get in and out of. This would be easily solved with a stool to step on, but they don't have it. Most of the other hotel cars in Krabi use a stool, I have noticed. The most negative was that there are no sunbeds or umbrellas at the pool.

Not so good
Russian techo for dinner at the highest volume. And only rum/whisky and Coke to drink (waiter is surprised when we ask for beer or wine and tell us to check with the reception). But when the served dinner is spaghetti from a cantine maybe it doesn't matter. The pool was not taken care of. Bottles from the night before was everywhere. Wifi did not work in the room. Workers with hammers were working outside our room almost the whole day. The "beach" was about 20 meters long. No mosquito net. But the lunch was ok.

Hôtel et personnel parfaits pour un super séjour
séjour très agréable et personnel ultra attentif et réactif. Propreté de l'établissement parfaite, petit déjeuner très correct et emplacement de l'hôtel parfait. Navettes gratuites de l'hôtel à destination de Ao Nang très appréciées. Il manquerait juste des bains de soleil sur la très grande piscine à proximité du bar.

Numerous pools are available to guests, depending on which room you book. Quiet resort (in the main) whilst we were there. Food is standard fare, tasty and sufficient although breakfasts became rather monotonous and there was a reluctance to use the heaters under each bain marie to keep the food warm. Rooms were cleaned daily although sometimes insufficient towels were left, and toiletries had to be collected from reception on occasion. Overall friendly and helpful staff. Nice place although not within walking easy walking distance of anywhere.
