I like the free airport shuttle, I didn’t like paying for a taxi to the hotel because they lied in an email when I stay in an executive suite. Also didn’t like them copying random pages from my passport looking for a non existent 24 hr Chinese visa (2 times for 20-30min both times standing in lobby)

Clean and near to metro

I'm really disappointed with Hotels.com because the room i booked online is with 2 breakfast but the hotel only receive with 1 breakfast. And also i requested for a single big bed also not provided. And i'm not allowed to change/amend and cancel the booking. Really disappointed with Hotels.com and will not book hotel through them again in the future.

便利で清潔

地下鉄の駅からすぐ。 部屋もとても清潔でした。 ホテルのせいでは無いですが、外国人の管理が厳しく、チェックインでパスポートを預けたり、夜10時に公安が見回りに来たりしました。

Very high quality hotel at a fair price

This hotel is just steps away from the Tang Zi Xiang subway stop. Very easy to get to by taking the subway from the airport to this stop - no taxi required at all. Very fast and convenient and inexpensive. We ended up extending our stay here. Rooms are in great condition. Everything works from the fast internet to the bathroom. Housekeeping staff is friendly and keeps the rooms very clean and fresh and will provide fresh fruit daily - nice touch. We were also very impressed with the staff and management. We had never been to Kunming so needed a little extra help and they went out of their way to help us. Providing dinner recommendations in Kunming and travel suggestions to Dali and Lijiang and helping to book taxi to high speed rail station. Location is excellent - you could literally walk out in any direction and find something interesting. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby - you won't be lacking for things to do or look at. Plus with the subway so close you can get to anyplace you need to. We tried both the breakfast and dinner buffets and would recommend them. Both quite good. Plenty of choices for everyone. Mostly Chinese which would be expected. We mostly communicated with staff in Chinese but they do have some good English speakers. Highly recommend
