We booked via expedia. Since we expect ourselves to arrive later than check in hours, we have requested expedia to contact the park for late check in arrangement. The reply from expedia is asking us to contact hotel directly. We arrived the park 18:01 and the reception is closed. Without receiving any safe box code from expedia, we stand in front of the gate with wind and rain. Fortunately, we called and left message to the park’s after hours mobile, and Belinda (the property manager) called me back with international call and we get the room finally. When we check out the next day, the reception told me that they do not receive any emails or messages from us, and they have send out the check in code (seems that expedia didn’t forward the same to me)
Other than that, holiday park is big and very happy to stay with them. Appreciation to Belinda who helped me out when i was pretty hopeless in late arrival.
