Value for money and a delightful host.
We had a great time and Andrea is an excellent host. Personal breakfast choices with fresh produce on the day on the upper roof terrace was quite lovely. There are, however quite a few stairs to negotiate. If I was to return I would happily stay there again but would definitely book a balcony room, the one we were in was a little too small for our needs.

Very disappointing, felt cheated
The website says the room features a private balcony/patio but we were given the ground floor room with no balcony/patio, no view, dark and a bit damped. Andrea gave the excuse that the room with balcony was given to a booking with 3 people but during our stay the 2 other groups of guests were a couple and a mother-daughter pair. We booked the room 8 months in advance and specifically requested to have a top-floor room with balcony, even though all rooms were indicated to have a private balcony/patio. If we had known the room we were getting had no balcony, we would have cancelled the booking. The description for the ground floor room NEEDS TO BE CHANGED!! The location is very good, no doubt about it. The freshly cooked breakfast is also very good.

Reservamos três quartos no hotel. Foram atendidas as solicitações especiais sem nenhum problema. No meu caso precisei de um berço para minha filha de 10 meses. Ótima localização para quem tem interesse de estar próximo ao centro.

Vacanza a Taormina
BeB in ottima location tranquilla e subito fuori porta Messina, raggiungibile da parcheggio Lumbi tramite navetta che passa ogni 15 min, titolari molto disponibili, stanza pulita e funzionale, colazione a scelta tramite prenotazione. Consigliato sia x viaggi di coppia che per lavoro.

The room was clean, the location was great. It was nice that the room had a safe. Communication with the staff was challenging, I do not speak Italian & they did not speak much English either.

Good Value B&B
Great little B&B in terms of location and value. My room was on the top floor and had a nice view from the balcony. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Only disappointments were (i) my friend expecting a room with a balcony from the booking but being given the room on the ground floor with no view or balcony making it not as nice as mine and rather dark, and (ii) my room was rather noisy at times being located immediately below a roof terrace. Considering the price paid, however, still rate this as a good value B&B. Would stay again. Very convenient location.

A little gem in Taormina
The B&B is about 10 minute walk from the bus station. It is situated near the Porta Messina. There are lots of steps to access the Via Giuseppe Verdi and there are more steps to access the bedrooms and the terrasse where you eat breakfast. So this is a B&B for able bodied. The house is an old house which has been nicely renovated. Everything is modern and clean. The room is small but perfectly adequate for 2 people. The bedroom has all you need: king size with a firm mattress, a wardrobe, a safe, a fridge, a desk, a tv and a chair. There is a narrow balcony with 2 chairs where you can drink the little bottle of Prosecco waiting for you in the fridge. The bathroom like the rest of the house has nice tiles. There is a shower, wc, bidet, sink, mirror and hair dryer. Both bedroom and bathroom are very clean. Breakfast is good. Coffee is freshly made for you. You can have what you want, you just need to tell the owner, Andrea. I never imagined I would eat a delicious “canollo” for breakfast! Andrea is a great host. He’s very helpful and will do everything to make your stay enjoyable. He speaks good English.

Très bon B&B, excellent accueil, très bien placé
A deux pas de la porta Messina, l'entrée dans l'artère piétonne principale. A deux pas du théâtre antique. Tous les commerces, restaurants, musée sous la main. Une chambre spacieuse et une literie supérieure. Le petit déj. un peu simple est vite oublié grâce au sourire des hôtes. Un excellent rapport qualité prix.

große Enttäuschung
Es ist mir unerklärlich, wie das B&B zu so guten Bewertungen kommt. Ja, es war nett, dass zur Begrüßung eine Piccoloflasche Spumante und Mandelkekse im Kühlschrank lagen. Und ja, das B&B ist gut in der Altstadt gelegen. Aber das war es leider auch schon. Die Anreise gestaltete sich schwierig, da wir nicht vorab informiert wurden, wo wir parken können und wie man von dort aus ins B&B gelangt. Das geschah erst bei unserer Anreise.Das Frühstück war als Buffet ausgewiesen. Davon war es weit entfernt. Es gab zu keinem Zeitpunkt Obst oder Joghurt oder Cerealien. Wenn man kein Ei essen wollte, hatte man Pech. Sowohl den Teller, als auch die eine Scheibe Schinken und eine Scheibe Käse mussten wir dann einfordern. Dazu gab es zwei kleine Brötchen. Marmelade und Nutella waren vorhanden. Darüber hinaus Zwieback und Orangensaft, Tee oder Kaffee. Bei Regen konnte man gar nicht im B&B frühstücken, weil es nur eine Terrasse unter freiem Himmel gab. Wir mussten also bei Starkregen mit dem Besitzer in ein Cafe laufen, in dem man wahlweise Tee oder Cappuccino bekam, ein Glas Orangensaft und entweder eine Schokocroissant oder ein Tost mit geschmolzenem Käse und Kochschinken. Das war's. Die Sauberkeit war nur mäßig. Es gab viele kleine Ameisen, das Zimmer roch muffig und die Handtüchner, die schlecht trocknen wollten wurden in vier Tagen nicht gewechselt.

Accès difficile mais bon emplacement.
Très bien placé mais inaccessible en voiture. La rue commence par un escalier et finit par un escalier. Il y a une chambre par niveau et le petit déjeuner est servi sur la terrasse. Donc si vous avez des problèmes de genoux, à éviter. Petit déjeuner moyen.

B&B Centralissimo e gestito con amore e attenzione
una bellissima sorpresa! Un B&B gestito da Andrea, giovane laureato siciliano che si è prodigato per farci godere al massimo la nostra vacanza. Grazie Andrea! B&B con poche camere a due passi dal viale principale di Taormina, dalla navetta per il parcheggio, dalla funivia per l'isola bella. Pulito e curato. La zona colazione è all'ultimo piano con vista sul mare. Abbiamo conosciuto anche la signora che si occupa delle colazioni e delle pulizie, e qualche cugino volenteroso di imparare il mestiere :-) For foreign tourists: highly recommended. Nothing better for the budget in Taormina!

Excellent budget accomodation
This is an excellent budget b&b, clean, spacious and airy room close to the main strip of Taormina. Easy to get to from the bus stop. The host, Andrea, is very hospitable and welcoming. The breakfast, though simple, was great. As far as budget accomodation goes, you cannot ask for much more.

Zwei Tage in Taormina. Das B&B ist noch sehr neu und Senior Adrea hat sich sehr freundlich um uns bemüht.
